The Venterra Experience is an annual publication that offers an exclusive look inside Venterra’s culture through the eyes of our employees and residents, and highlights what sets Venterra apart from the rest. The feedback supplied from employees and residents is the very reason that we can publish such an incredible book!

This year’s book captured the Venterra experience throughout this historic year, highlighting the struggles, victories, and most importantly, the resiliency that makes Venterra the exception. And because 2020 presented new experiences for all, we also included some new sections to highlight such a unique year:

Working Through COVID: Our team never fails to inspire us! These pages highlight the newfound challenges that each of our Venterra community teams faced and how they rose to the occasion in order to maintain award-winning service.

Appreciating the Small Things in 2020:
We each experienced our own set of challenges throughout 2020, and our residents were no exception. Here’s how our Venterra residents learned to express gratitude for things that they may have previously overlooked.

Health Care Heroes: This section humbly expresses our endless gratitude for our resident doctors, nurses, EMTs, and pharmacists who have made unthinkable sacrifices to keep our community safe.

Construction Challenges During a Pandemic: While COVID-19 hit the construction industry pretty hard, but Venterra successfully continued to grow by completing major projects.

Memorable Moments in 2020: The year was a whirlwind of first-evers, but here are the top memories of fun events and activities in 2020.
