Amid the coronavirus outbreak, thousands of people have lost employment or are expected to due to required business closures and quarantine requirements. While many retailers have temporarily closed their doors, grocery stores, pharmacies and take-out restaurants are hiring more employees to keep up with the high demand of goods.
