Hello Sunshine State: Venterra Adds 4th Florida Property This Year!

Florida has seen more population growth in recent years than any other state in the eastern U.S., and the Sunshine State is one of the top 3 states for future apartment demand according to the National Apartment Association.

Not only does Florida offer residents beautiful scenery and a warm climate, but also an influx of job opportunities and favorable taxes. In fact, based on data from RedFin, currently, four people move into low-tax states (like Florida and Texas) for each person that moves out. Migration statistics like this are a main reason we continue to concentrate on acquiring and developing communities in the Florida market.
