Residents Cash Out on Venterra’s $10K Giveaway

Almost 4,000 residents recently participated in Venterra’s $10K Giveaway, earning them a spot in the drawing for $1,000 in rent credit. Ten lucky residents were selected and thrilled by the news that rent would be one less thing to worry about in the month ahead.  

To be eligible, residents were to set up Auto-Pay via the resident portal and successfully pay their rent by June 3. The resident portal, known as the Venterra SMARTHUB™, puts everything residents need at their fingertips. Residents can pay rent, submit maintenance requests, voice concerns, and stay updated all in one central location. It’s free and easy for residents to join and set up a recurring or one-time payment. 

With Venterra’s leasing offices temporarily closed or on reduced staff due to the Coronavirus pandemic, paying online provides residents a safe, contact-free way to pay rent.  Although many of our leasing offices have since opened, The Venterra SMARTHUB™ remains the fastest and most convenient way to pay. 

The giveaway contest began June 1, 2020 and ran through midnight June 3, 2020.  Residents who were already set up on Auto–Pay through The Venterra SMARTHUB™ were automatically entered into the contest.  Our Regional Managers were also on standby to assist residents with signing up for Auto-Pay. 

Stephanie Burns, an eight-year veteran at Venterra, has a reputation for WOWing residents through Venterra’s WOW Matters program where “We care more. The drawing for the winners of the giveaway took place on Friday, June 3. Winners were publicly announced on Venterra’s Facebook page as well as all 60 community pages on Tuesday, June 9, 2020.
