I love my community!! From the always friendly management staff and neighbors, to the always helpful maintenance crew. I’m am truly thankful! I did some heavy searching in Louisville for a living space when i arrived from California and am so happy that I chose the Bradford mills.

Bradford Mills has been a wonderful home for these past 3 years. I have felt safer here than at any other place I have lived, the amenities are wonderful and well kept, and the staff both office and maintence are kind and hardworking. You couldn't ask for a better community!

The staff here are always responsive and friendly, and I’ve really found a sense of community with them. When friends visit, I enjoy showing them what makes this place special. While no apartment is perfect, I truly enjoy living here and feel good about calling it home.

From Katie in the leasing office to the maintenance team, everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to creating a safe and supportive environment. I had an amazing experience walking through the community with Anna. We were laughing and sharing our views as if she was a friend, honest and genuine. I loved the place but I'll have to wait and see if the perfect unit opens up for me, since I have particular needs due to my furniture and other house needs. I hope it works, crossing my fingers

I’ve lived in plenty of other apartments and none could ever even meet the level of friendliness or attentiveness as the staff here at Bradford. From remembering my dogs name to a resident getting a new job, they go above and beyond. The amenities are always clean and ready for use and the level of pet friendliness can’t be topped. Not only that, but the apartments are gorgeous and really capture the industrial vibe while staying modern and updated.
