The staff at West 46th have been awesome!
Amazing. Love the ongoing improvements and customer service. Only possible downside is that the halls are a tad dark even during the day. Also, I didn’t see any security camera in the halls, but that’s ok.

This is my favorite apartment that I have had in Nashville. I love the layout and natural light of my unit. I am a huge fan of our management team, they have always been so friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance team also does really great work, they are also friendly and quick to solve any issues that arise in my apartment or around the building common areas. They also do an amazing job of upkeep (My apartment felt brand new when I moved in.)

Very impressed! Natalie was so friendly and helpful with excellent customer service skills (a rarity anymore). We are interested but we have to get our house sold first.

The community definitely feels welcoming. Residents that we ran into during my tour with Natalie were so warm and nice as well. Love the modern feel of the building and units. Location is very nice being close to downtown and the highway which I feel is very ideal for my future commute with work. Very impressive staff and community overall. This place is likely the one I will be applying for.
