We genuinely love living at Villas Continental. The community feels welcoming, peaceful, and well cared for, which has made settling into our new home such a positive experience. Patti, the leasing manager, has truly gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. She has been incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, and her care really made a difference in helping us get settled in. The staff and maintenance team have also been responsive and professional, which adds to the overall sense of ease here. We’re really happy to be part of this community and grateful to call it home.

Villas Continental is a beautiful respite for everyday business. A exceptional location with beautiful grounds and Villas located on Historic property. Unlike any other location available in Jacksonville area. Come for the beauty and enjoy the waterfront peace located on the bank of the St John’s River. Its location is a photographers paradise with waterfowl Osprey and Eagles, surrounded by unmatched animal and marine life.

Patty, the manager is AWESOME!! She is going above and beyond helping my son and I with the application process. She is so kind and helpful in a frustrating time.We are really looking forward to living there.

Villa Continental is a beautiful location. The apartments are very nice. Staff is wonderful. Office are very friendly and always happy to help. . Grounds are well kept.
