Estamos buscando apartamento para mudarnos desde hace 2 semanas, hemos visitado no menos de 8 -10 lugares acá en Daytona y nuestra mejor experiencia fue conocer a Angelina, es una profesional en su trabajo, muy explicativa, siempre estuvo predispuesta a ayudarnos en todas nuestras inquietudes, muy amable, educada y sabe perfectamente bien sobre el complex donde trabaja. Agradezcemos su profesionalismo y nos hubiera gustado haber tenido esta misma experiencia con otros apartments q hemos visto., desafortunadamente es muy difícil encontrarse con personas tan amables y profesionales como Angelina y también Héctor. Y esa sería una de las razones para querer mudarnos a Tomoka Point.
Tomoka Pointe ranks among the one of the most ideal and appealing places to live. I am not just saying this because I live here but when I compare it to other places that I have lived in several different countries it ranks among the best in many different facets of communal living.

Tomoka Point has the BEST staff I have ever dealt with. Alway very friendly and answer any questions I may have, and maintenance guys are very nice and get the job done quickly

Living at Tomoka Pointe has been a most pleasant experience. The management and maintenance teams strive wholeheartedly to make Tomoka Pointe a premier location to reside and to proudly call home. The Tomoka Pointe maintenance team and staff are always on point and amazing! Communication, timing with completion of request and a plethora of other things, makes the choice easy to make monthly sacrifices to pay rent. Working as an employee on several rental properties has given me a clear visual of what organizational structure should look like and why Ms. Balla and her staff need raises, praises and to create a template for others in this field to follow.

I have been here just a year now . I like my apartment . Love the dog park. Gym . I love to walk , safe anytime of the day or night for walking . If you have any questions or need help Dayla in the main office if the best . Always makes herself available . Very friendly and makes me feel like I matter . Doesn't just brush you off or act like too busy . I renewed my lease here because of may things , but mainly because it's convenient location and the apartments themselves . Modern clean and comparable pricing for the area . It suits my needs
