The property was the first I visited regarding my desire to move to a property convenient to shopping and excellent location where transportation is not required to get anywhere, and overall to improve my quality of life. Since I am not in rush to move, I will pace my choices in a manner conducive to making a wise long-term choice. I was pleased with the overall pre-application experience with a knowledgeable and experienced leasing agent.

I initially moved in mid-January of 2011. I enjoy living here due to the location relative to where I go shopping and to my bank. Of course , this is my own personal opinion, but I believe I get along well with both the staff and maintenance personnel. It’s ALL GOOD!!

I knew this was our next spot, from first impression. What sealed the deal was Ms.Joan from the office. I truly felt that I could automatically trust her and she represented for Timber Mills great! She informed me and assured me of all my worries. This our next step, and we are in the process now.

This community is home. I live with my brother due to an unfortunate accident we had to move with zero notice. That morning was a normal one but the day was anything but normal. Brenda and Joan are miracle workers. They worked on their vacation and day off to get us into a move in ready apartment so that our lives were affected as minimally as possible. They were understanding, sympathetic and real through the entire process. No fake concern, no friendliness because it’s their job, they were genuinely concerned and wanted to help. I can’t say enough nice things about this community. Joan sees me from time to time and when she does, it’s always a 20 minute conversation about how each other are doing and what’s been going on lately. I feel welcomed, valued and appreciated by everyone here, right down to the maintenance team. I’ve lived in many communities, this is hands down the best.

I worked with Brenda, she was an amazing resource and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and showed me a variety of different apartments on different levels- I wasn’t sure if I wanted ground or 3rd floor. Further, she communicated with her office staff, so anytime I called and she wasn’t available I could ask Joanne. Seriously impressed with this team. Not on the survey, but good to mention, I like that I can add sunshades or mosquito netting to the patio. This was really helpful in the decision to rent with TM. With the W&D hookups outside, this will make all the difference in comfort.
