This is a very great community. He is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. Everyone in the leasing office is very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this community for anyone.

Joan was great she gave me my tour and I applied the next day and they made sure to find a apartment perfect and affordable for me she was a dear and very very sweet to my son made us felt very welcoming

Timber Mill has been a great community to reside in. Less than 2 months my family has called it home and the office personnel has made it feel more and more like home as time has gone on.

I worked with Brenda, she was an amazing resource and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and showed me a variety of different apartments on different levels- I wasn’t sure if I wanted ground or 3rd floor. Further, she communicated with her office staff, so anytime I called and she wasn’t available I could ask Joanne. Seriously impressed with this team. Not on the survey, but good to mention, I like that I can add sunshades or mosquito netting to the patio. This was really helpful in the decision to rent with TM. With the W&D hookups outside, this will make all the difference in comfort.

I loved the apartments and the community amenities. With having a little girl it’ll be nice to use the playground and pool if we decide to lease here. Joann gave us our tour and she did amazing!! She’s very friendly.

I am 3 1/2 months into my fifteenth year living here. The staff has changed a couple of times. They are frequently doing upgrades and frequently changing outside wall panels putting on new roofs and maintaining an overall upkeep of the entire complex. Both the office and maintenance staff are all nice and friendly and easy to work with.
