We have an amazing maintenance manager his name is Austin, he is always friendly, repairs done the same day. He is here early and stays late to get repairs done. Our office staff and manager are so friendly they always speak and say hi when they are out on the property. You should rent here.

Overall, we loved the amenities as a couple with two dogs. We also really liked having a washer and dryer in the unit. The SMART apps is something we're unfamiliar with, so that will take an adjustment, but we really liked the apartment.

?????????? Living at The Metropolitan Apartments has been a great experience. The staff is always professional and helpful, and maintenance requests get taken care of quickly. My apartment is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The community is clean and safe, and the location is super convenient to shopping and restaurants. I honestly have no complaints—though I do wish there was a pool, that would make it perfect! Even without it, I’d still highly recommend The Metropolitan to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Moving into a new apartment is always a mix of excitement and uncertainty, but this experience has been truly positive. The entire condo area is beautifully maintained—lush, clean, and peaceful. It feels like every detail was thoughtfully cared for. The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise. It was fixed up with great attention to detail and arrived spotless, which made the transition so much smoother. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the space. It’s clear that whoever prepared it took pride in their work.

I love living here, the office staff is amazing and very helpful, and very friend. Austin is amazing and gets works orders complete in a timely manner. I have been here over 6yrs and I am looking forward to spend a few more years here.
