The Maddox has been a great experience thus far. I've live here for two months now and beyond happy with this place. Very spacious , quiet , peaceful, clean apartment complex. Move in day had a minor hicup but the staff called with the problem and solution which was amazing. They worked with me to get my application approved and made sure i was moving in on move in day! I was greeted like family and felt very welcoming. Would definitely recommend . This was an answered prayer by GOD !

After the initial issue with the roach infestation at the first unit, Maddox quickly moved us to a different unit which was extremely appreciated. We are so grateful to the team for taking our concerns seriously and taking immediate action to fix an unpleasant and unfortunate situation. We are happy with the new apartment. However, half of the home appliances did not work or had issues when we arrived. The maintenance team was quick to show up and repaired almost everything in one visit. A big shout out to Terrel for going the extra mile to help us. That being said, we're still waiting on the washer to be fixed. We haven't been able to do laundry for a few days now.

The process from looking for an apartment available that met our needs all the way through the application process all the way through the movie and process was easy and perfect. We've lived in other apartments that made things a little bit harder. They made this simple and easy. And communication was very good. We're definitely happy to be here.

The Maddox is a great place to live, Management are very helpful and happy, maintenence are there if you need help or repairs. The grounds are kept to a beautiful standard, lovely pool and surroundings. I enjoy living at the Maddox
