I have been here a month now. So far I love it here. The customer service is phenomenal. Both of the katy's in the leasing office are awesome and always make me feel welcomed. Any maintenance requests I have had so far have been completed within 24 hours. I love that it feels like home and so far I feel safe here. I am so happy I found these apartments and would definitely recommend living here to others.

I have been pretty satisfied with the community. The maintenance staff has been great! They have repaired the handful of little things that I brought to their attention. They were delayed by an outside contractor, nothing they could control, but they communicated all the details and the problem was resolved. A+

This Community is an excellent place to live in. I appreciate the constant welcoming attitude of the Management and Staff at every given interaction. I particularly love the additional amenities such as the Game Room, Gym and the Swimming Pool. The Conference or Meeting Room is the icing of the cake.

This is the best complex I've ever lived in. The staff in incredible and they quickly resolve any issue. The complex is well maintained. The maintenance team is helpful and kind.

I've been staying at The Cape for the past 2 years, and I have only had a great experience. The Front office is extremely helpful and friendly, and is quick to address any concerns. The maintenance team is also fantastic.

Simply the best, environment clean, staff very friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy the job. The apartment Office is well furnished and beautiful. The swimming and it's location is beautiful, the gym is well equipped. Above all, it is a peaceful and secured community. Thanks to Management.

The staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. Any issues we've encountered have been addressed promptly and efficiently. They consistently go above and beyond, providing excellent service and hosting events for holidays and special occasions. The area is peaceful and quiet at night, with pleasant activity from the pool and play area during the day.

Application and move in process was super easy all credit goes to Katy she is Awsome and had us ready to move in within 3 days of submitting our application she is highly professional and answered all of our questions and guided us through each step it was comforting especially as a first time renter.

The Cape at Grand Harbor is a wonderful community with the best staff ever. I love the location and the layouts with garages. The maintenance crew is so sweet and friendly. They take their time on repairs and they talk with you like family. This is a great place to call home with nice amenities and a huge dog park.
