Vivir en el The cape at Grand Harbor es una bendición… el apartamento es cómodo y se ajusta a las necesidades de nuestra familia. Las personas que atienden en las oficinas administrativas es muy amable y atento. Y en la parte de mantenimiento su respuesta es rápida y de gran calidad.
El personal y la gerente brindan un excelente servicio. Agradezco mucho el esfuerzo y el tiempo que me dedicó la gerente ya que me brindó la confianza para sacarme de todas mis dudas y al mismo tiempo informarme sobre todo lo que necesitaba saber, el cual me ayudó mucho a tomar la decisión para aplicar. I’ve lived here over a month and I can’t think of a single negative thing. The office staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, I love my apartment, I love the smart features and trash valet. The complex is so cute and in a good location. I feel safe here, you can see kids riding their bikes and people walking their dogs early in the morning.

we loved touring the community with Steven! he explained everything clearly and was super personable. i answered the question about the exterior of the property as “average” because personally i’m not the biggest fan of the red and blue paint but that’s not a reason we wouldn’t want to lease with you.

I recently moved to Houston from New York for my job. I was living in an Airbnb before I explored apartments in person. After looking at around 8-9 places, I chose to live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath at The Cape at Grand Harbor. The layout at the apartment is great with a spacious room, a desk and a great kitchen counter. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer too! The gym and swimming pool are just near my building and it's very clean and convenient. Thank you for arranging this apartment for me within a week and setting everything up, you guys are the best!!

I’ve been living at The Cape at Grand Harbor for over 4 years. The Cape is convenient to I-10, SH 99, lots of shopping and my job. The location of my apartment in the complex provides me with a nice tranquil home.

The community as a whole was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour with Cristal, who answered all of my concerns about leasing and amenities with great understanding. Usually, the amount of information while viewing an apartment can be overpowering, but this one was fantastic in that regard.

I am very happy I choose The Cape as my new home, I love the area, very convenient location from katy mills mall, costco, katy asia town, walmart, and the church. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The place is peaceful as well.

Area property upkeep is great. I can understand issues with dead flower bushes. Apartments painted and parking stripes repainted within the last year. Cumminity installed fiber optics cabling allowing me to save a little bit by cable cutting

Cristal had made the whole leasing process so seamless. She was very kind and accommodative to answer all my queries. She is a great asset for the property. Starting from Day 1, either the overall Apt leasing process execution by Crystal, or a nice & great gesture from Property Manager Liset, or the professional & timely execution of my maintenance request - installation of TV & Sound bar and Assemble of Dining Set by Alan, or the smart locker facility which eliminates the dependency on a person for delivery packages at leasing office. I had an exceptional experience with this community. I strongly recommend this community for everyone looking for a home near Katy Mills.
