Been a resident of the Cape at Grand Harbor for a number of years. The office staff and Maintenance ate wonderful. Nice community with events each month to keep residents engaged ( food trucks, game nights, holiday celebrations). Looking for a place, consider here!

Living at The Cape at Grand Harbor has been a very positive experience. The staff is always attentive, kind, and willing to help. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the community offers a variety of activities for residents, which creates a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Overall, it is a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

Honestly, how informative and transparent Katy was when she gave us the information about the community helped us make our decision faster. She was very welcoming. We love the convenience of the location, especially since it’s close to our job. The fact that almost everything is included in the rent is also a huge plus. The community is also very clean. We really hope to lease here.

The front office and management made moving out a breeze! Katy made the paperwork extremely easy and Liset was very accommodating to all of my needs and questions. Maintenance was very helpful as well in the process. No complaints at all.

Carlos was an excellent host as he was very helpful and attentive to our family. He was willing to answer all of our questions. He was very kind to offer our family drinks and snacks as we had already looked at 5 other properties prior to touring this one. It was getting hot so this was a very kind gesture and it was greatly appreciated! Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you Carlos!

I’ve truly enjoyed my experience at The Cape at Grand Harbor. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. I have been here a month now. So far I love it here. The customer service is phenomenal. Both of the katy's in the leasing office are awesome and always make me feel welcomed. Any maintenance requests I have had so far have been completed within 24 hours. I love that it feels like home and so far I feel safe here. I am so happy I found these apartments and would definitely recommend living here to others.

I have been pretty satisfied with the community. The maintenance staff has been great! They have repaired the handful of little things that I brought to their attention. They were delayed by an outside contractor, nothing they could control, but they communicated all the details and the problem was resolved. A+

This Community is an excellent place to live in. I appreciate the constant welcoming attitude of the Management and Staff at every given interaction. I particularly love the additional amenities such as the Game Room, Gym and the Swimming Pool. The Conference or Meeting Room is the icing of the cake.

Simply the best, environment clean, staff very friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy the job. The apartment Office is well furnished and beautiful. The swimming and it's location is beautiful, the gym is well equipped. Above all, it is a peaceful and secured community. Thanks to Management.
