St Andrews has been my family’s home for many years. We love the location, sense of community and the staff. We visited surrounding areas near lease end but didn’t feel the sense of “home” there. My experience overall has been great and we look forward to our extended time here.

I had an outstanding experience working with the leasing team at St. Andrews, and I can’t thank them enough for everything they did throughout my application process. Victoria was incredibly patient, responsive, and kind. She answered every question I had, kept me informed every step of the way, and truly made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. Her professionalism and willingness to help never went unnoticed. Matthew also went above and beyond. Shortly after I completed my guarantor payment, he personally called me to let me know that my application had been re-reviewed and approved without needing a guarantor. He immediately began the process of canceling the guarantor policy so I could receive my refund. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer service meant more to me than I can express. The entire team treated me with respect, compassion, and genuine care. They took the time to review my situation, communicate with me, and make sure I understood every step of the process. It’s rare to find a leasing team that is this dedicated to helping future residents. I’m so grateful for all of their hard work, and because of them, I’m even more excited to become a part of the St. Andrews community. Thank you, Victoria, Matthew, and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done! ??

From the very beginning, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Everyone was friendly, while maintaining professionalism and genuinely willing to help. Communication was outstanding; clear and timely throughout the entire move-in process, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and smooth. A special thank you to Khori and the rest of the team for their professionalism, and patience in answering all my questions. Moving into a new place can be overwhelming, but they made it a positive experience. I’m excited to call this community home.

Upon entering, we met the leasing consultant yeah yeah who is absolutely wonderful personable and she felt like a family member. Yaya is very knowledgeable. She’s very kind and answer every question even though we probably asked the same question more than once I thought the community looked really well and I really enjoy getting to meet your leasing consultant Yaya. She’s definitely a keeper.

The office staff is genuine and attentive, the maintenance team is fast, friendly and excellent over all, and I feel safe living here.Despite living on a busy street the community is quite and inviting. They plan amazing events for kids and adults and we always have a tasty food truck. I would definitely recommend!

This complex is an amazing place to stay. I couldnt have and higher places for a place like this whether it be for the maintence team, all the lovely people in the leasing office working with me to address any concern that I have, the overall shape of the facility and the apartment itself. Evrything is lovely and the smart features of the complex is just the cherry on top for everything making the experience just top notch.

I really enjoy living here. The community is so green and lively, which makes it feel peaceful and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Everything I need is close by, which makes daily life very convenient. The school bus comes to the front which is the top notch as it saves the morning hussle.Overall, it’s a great place to live.

St. Andrew’s apartments in Pearland, TX is a clean, attractive complex with a staff who has always been kind and friendly, yet respectful each time I’ve needed to speak with them. They have been fast to resolve issues and they’re always working to keep the complex attractive along with upgrading the apartments to include granite countertops and stainless appliances. I absolutely love my apartment!

I love the community overall. The customer service that you all have is absolutely amazing and has been the best compares to the other complexes I was looking at when I chose to come to you. The complex is very well kept on the exterior and so far everything has been excellent. The only problems were that I had a few problems with the unit regarding doors, drawers, and plumbing but I already have a ticket in for these items and the process was super easy to put that in. Absolutely no complaints at all. I am very happy here

I have lived here going in 6 years and I love it every one in the office is very nice and professional easy to talk to we also have a great maintenance team who gets things fixed very quickly the complex is very well maintained and I have never had a problem with no one in all my years here I feel safe in my home and I love the community I would highly recommend StAndrews to anyone looking to move here.

My family has lived in St Andrews for almost a year now and I have nothing bad to say. Move in process was very smooth, the leasing professionals in the office are always so welcoming kind and helpful, and whenever we need to put in a work order, the maintenance staff comes very quickly and is very nice. The amenities include the pools, clubhouse, free printing area, and gym. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly apartment in Pearland.

I've been living in the complex for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. Great staff and maintenance crew. The property is very well maintained. Its a quiet complex nestled in the heart of Pearland with tons of shopping, dining and other activities with easy access to the nearby highway. If your looking for a nice neighborhood for your family this is the place. The schools nearby are also very good

St Andrews is a very close-knit community. All of the parents are very friendly and our kids are safe to play outside together. There’s never been any issues and I would definitely tell anybody who has a family to move here as it’s very safe and welcoming and warming.

I have been personally hosted by Amber, who is an exceptional person . She is friendly, approachable, and always willing to engage in conversation. She provided invaluable assistance with the lease and renewal process. The staff, maintenance crew, and management have been incredibly caring and attentive. It has been an absolute pleasure to reside here. I highly recommend this location, not only because it is situated in the heart of Pearland, offering access to all the amenities one could desire, but also because it fosters a quiet, friendly, and respectful community.
