long-held aspiration, but it was finally realized when I discovered the ideal residence—St. Andrew’s Apartments. It has proven to be an exceptional place to live. I have been personally hosted by Amber, who is an exceptional person . She is friendly, approachable, and always willing to engage in conversation. She provided invaluable assistance with the lease and renewal process. The staff, maintenance crew, and management have been incredibly caring and attentive. It has been an absolute pleasure to reside here. I highly recommend this location, not only because it is situated in the heart of Pearland, offering access to all the amenities one could desire, but also because it fosters a quiet, friendly, and respectful community.

When I first considered touring the apartments I had very low expectations because I know the property has been there for a while , but the moment I stepped inside the leasing office I knew I would be pleasantly surprised.

Great place to live. Well maintained and quiet community. Very professional and courteous staff. They communicate and respond in a very timely manner. The amenities and apartments are great and up to date. The location is also very good. Located near lots of shopping centers and restaurants. Not far from the highway and in a good school district.

I love being a St. Andrews resident because the property is clean and quiet. The location is ideal for work commute, shopping, local restaurants, and remote work. Miranda Ramos and her staff have always been professional and courteous to my family and I. I've referred coworkers to check out the website when looking for Pearland apartments rent.

Very modern. Everything supplied that you may want or need. Staff is very professional. Pet's are welcome. Work out rooms are awesome. Both pools are very well maintained and clean. The whole complex is well maintained and manicured. Anyone can see the pride that goes into the place. Management is very passionate overseeing the whole complex and is always willing to go the extra mile

Great community to experience. There’s everything around you in either a safe walking distance, a drive or ordering services. Great school districts for children of all ages if you have any. Staff are prompt in handling any issues or communications. Community is well represented, manicured and inviting.

I have been a resident of St. Andrews for many years. During my residency here l have never experienced a problem with office staff or maintenance. Whenever l have a concern, the office staff is always accessible and greets everyone with a smile. Kudos to all of them.

St. Andrews is a wonderful community to be in! Everything is really close by, the people have been so welcoming and Karen has been nothing short of amazing at accommodating our needs to ensure we are comfortable here. St Andrews has the most welcoming and helpful leasing professionals. We had great experience with the leasing and move-in process and everything went very smoothly. The community is very clean and nicely kept, I feel safe, and it is in a great location. I would recommend to anyone looking for a family-friendly apartment in Pearland.

I love this apartment complex! It has a very homey and yet resort-like feel. Everybody is very friendly and I feel very safe here. The staff are great, the grounds are beautiful, the apartment is lovely, and maintenance is always quick and efficient.
