The move-in experience at St. Andrew’s was smooth and welcoming. Everything was well-prepared ahead of time, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The organization and attention to detail really stood out and made a great first impression.
Upon entering, we met the leasing consultant yeah yeah who is absolutely wonderful personable and she felt like a family member. Yaya is very knowledgeable. She’s very kind and answer every question even though we probably asked the same question more than once I thought the community looked really well and I really enjoy getting to meet your leasing consultant Yaya. She’s definitely a keeper.

Yahaira was my leasing agent when I had visited couple of days ago , and she provided exceptional service throughout the entire leasing process. She was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful from start to finish and answered all my questions. Her communication and attention to every detail really stood out to me. The office staff is genuine and attentive, the maintenance team is fast, friendly and excellent over all, and I feel safe living here.Despite living on a busy street the community is quite and inviting. They plan amazing events for kids and adults and we always have a tasty food truck. I would definitely recommend!

This complex is an amazing place to stay. I couldnt have and higher places for a place like this whether it be for the maintence team, all the lovely people in the leasing office working with me to address any concern that I have, the overall shape of the facility and the apartment itself. Evrything is lovely and the smart features of the complex is just the cherry on top for everything making the experience just top notch.

I really enjoy living here. The community is so green and lively, which makes it feel peaceful and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Everything I need is close by, which makes daily life very convenient. The school bus comes to the front which is the top notch as it saves the morning hussle.Overall, it’s a great place to live.

St Andrews is an attractive complex, large clean apartments with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The staff are always professional yet friendly always checking if everything is ok and how they can help you. I LOVE my apartment! Come give it a try.

St. Andrew’s apartments in Pearland, TX is a clean, attractive complex with a staff who has always been kind and friendly, yet respectful each time I’ve needed to speak with them. They have been fast to resolve issues and they’re always working to keep the complex attractive along with upgrading the apartments to include granite countertops and stainless appliances. I absolutely love my apartment!

I love the community overall. The customer service that you all have is absolutely amazing and has been the best compares to the other complexes I was looking at when I chose to come to you. The complex is very well kept on the exterior and so far everything has been excellent. The only problems were that I had a few problems with the unit regarding doors, drawers, and plumbing but I already have a ticket in for these items and the process was super easy to put that in. Absolutely no complaints at all. I am very happy here

I have lived here going in 6 years and I love it every one in the office is very nice and professional easy to talk to we also have a great maintenance team who gets things fixed very quickly the complex is very well maintained and I have never had a problem with no one in all my years here I feel safe in my home and I love the community I would highly recommend StAndrews to anyone looking to move here.

My family has lived in St Andrews for almost a year now and I have nothing bad to say. Move in process was very smooth, the leasing professionals in the office are always so welcoming kind and helpful, and whenever we need to put in a work order, the maintenance staff comes very quickly and is very nice. The amenities include the pools, clubhouse, free printing area, and gym. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly apartment in Pearland.

I had a really great experience. Khori was such a delight to work with and great customer service skills. The process went smoothly and she was available for any questions. I've been living in the complex for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. Great staff and maintenance crew. The property is very well maintained. Its a quiet complex nestled in the heart of Pearland with tons of shopping, dining and other activities with easy access to the nearby highway. If your looking for a nice neighborhood for your family this is the place. The schools nearby are also very good

St Andrews is a very close-knit community. All of the parents are very friendly and our kids are safe to play outside together. There’s never been any issues and I would definitely tell anybody who has a family to move here as it’s very safe and welcoming and warming.

It’s a great gated community. We love the accessibility to malls, food places, store and schools ! My kids favorite part of the community is having two pools and the playground ! Keep it up st Andrews!

I have been personally hosted by Amber, who is an exceptional person . She is friendly, approachable, and always willing to engage in conversation. She provided invaluable assistance with the lease and renewal process. The staff, maintenance crew, and management have been incredibly caring and attentive. It has been an absolute pleasure to reside here. I highly recommend this location, not only because it is situated in the heart of Pearland, offering access to all the amenities one could desire, but also because it fosters a quiet, friendly, and respectful community.

Very modern. Everything supplied that you may want or need. Staff is very professional. Pet's are welcome. Work out rooms are awesome. Both pools are very well maintained and clean. The whole complex is well maintained and manicured. Anyone can see the pride that goes into the place. Management is very passionate overseeing the whole complex and is always willing to go the extra mile
