I am going on my second month now, and I have bragged to all my family and friends of how excellent the maintenance response time has been here, and the cleanliness that is upkept. I was in the pool the day after Memorial Day, and the 2 ladies from the office were out there cleaning up, we had a nice friendly conversation, but the fact that they were out there cleaning really impressed me. I have never been so happy to actually live somewhere that fits my standards of living. I would 1000% recommend this particular property to anyone. I stand by my word, they are top tier.

Preserve at Baywood is somewhere I would highly recommend. With so many amenities, there is always something that can be done. Management & maintenance teams are extremely responsive. The community is well kept and for the most part quiet.

I love this property and had my eye on it since my nephew lived here a few yrs ago. I’m a runner and love I can walk out my door and take a run on the trail on Red Bluff.

Taylor did great! Answered all my questions, and did so with a pleasant attitude. Not the biggest fan of the smart lock. I do prefer a lock and key.

I absolutely fell in love with this property, and would definitely lease in the future. From the moment I drove in to the property it felt like a community other residence were welcoming as well as the office staff. Jesse did an amazing job during the tour! In my opinion this is one of the (if not the best) property I've toured in the area.

The Preserve at Baywood is a great place to live because the Staffing team is nice as well as the Maintenance staff here are friendly. Lots of open space and quiet with nice views.

Preserve is the best experience I have ever had from application to move-in day. Everyone in the office has helped me with every question I asked. The community is so polite and quiet at night so a big thumbs up. Definitely will be referring anyone who is looking for a place to live.

The community seems clean, healthy and happy. The amount of amenities that lets the residents have fun and the customer service draws you in. The people all seem friendly and happy bringing a sense of longing to join as well.

The maintenance department at Preserve at Baywood is ON IT!! They do a great job of communicating with you about your work orders and when that leasing office say they are gonna take care of you they do just that and some! They have a great OVERALL TEAM.

Preserve at Baywood is an all-around great place to live. The apartments are spacious and very clean, the grounds offer all the amenities you could ask for like two great pools, a gym, volleyball court, grills and nice open seating areas to relax outside. The team in the office is very responsive to any and all questions and requests. Maintenance is taken care of promptly and professionally. There are great walking/biking trails right outside your door too so you really feel connected to the surrounding environment. The location is perfectly situated. Overall a fantastic place!
