Easy process, beautiful community, wonderful location
Estancia has been our home in The Colony for almost three years and truly feels like a community! My dog loves the maintenance team and brings them a toy every time they come by for requests, which are always handled promptly. The community manager and office staff are kind and responsive to all needs.

I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I have questions or concerns. They truly make residents feel valued and appreciated. The maintenance team deserves special recognition for their outstanding work. They respond quickly to service requests, communicate clearly, and always complete repairs efficiently and professionally. It’s reassuring to know that any maintenance issue will be handled promptly and with care. The property is well-maintained, clean, and provides a welcoming atmosphere for residents and families. I appreciate the effort that both the management and maintenance teams put into making this a great place to live. Thank you for all that you do!

I love this community. The grounds are clean and very beautiful. The landscaping from the pool towards the office is very pleasant and calming. And if you are on the 3rd floor facing the office, you can see the firework shows from the venues at Grandscape. Love it!

Very quaint community in the heart of The Colony, TX. Love it so far and across the way from Grandscape, restaurants, Wal-Mart, Legacy Hall, love the area and so far love the community!

Move-in was super easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff has been very responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. The apartment was fully move-in ready, which made everything even easier. I also really love the neighborhood, it’s friendly, quiet, and has a great overall environment. Overall, this has been a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

Hands down best place I’ve ever lived! Office is very informative and professional! Always a smiling face when you walk in no matter what your situation. Maintenance team is very fast efficient and professional no matter how small the job. It never takes more than a few days for them to come and complete. They complete most jobs that most maintenance teams don’t provide. Not only do they complete the jobs but they do it in a very efficient manner.

I've lived here at Estancia for almost a year. Everything about Estancia Apartments is wonderful. The staff has always been so helpful to me. Because of my age and handicap they are always so helpful.
