I was handled by Alexis and she did a wonderful job! She mad the entire process seamless and that really shows professionalism. The team at this apartment is great! Blake and Michele helped us every step of the way and have been so attentive and accommodating. All of our maintenance requests have been taken care of super quickly, and we are all around happy to be living here!

Estancia is a breathe of fresh air when looking for apartments. To actually feel supported and valued by the staff here just helps it feel like a home. The grounds are nicely kept up and maintenance rocks. I've shopped around at my share of apartments and this place stands out. Michelle and Blake are awesome!
