I immediately had a great impression entering the leasing house. Very impressive and clean. Blake had hello and was so friendly and attentive. Help imwas very informative and showed us around with such a great attitude. The property was so well kept with beautifully landscaped. Made me feel like I was welcomed and safe. We talked it over but didn't take long to decide. The application process was so smooth and got an approval right away. Blake let us know what to expect to happen next so clearly. He broke down all cost, when to pay and the process forward. He even stayed in touch making sure all was going well and if we needed anything. Through all the years I have rented, I have never been so impressed. I can not wait to sign my lease and move in.

I have been a resident of Estancia at Morning Star for quite a while and I am very much satisfied with how the business is operated. The office staff is compassionate and concern about the needs of the residence. They make you feel very welcome.

Estancia at Morningstar has the best front office and maintenance team I’ve personally ever dealt with - and I’ve lived in a LOT of complexes!! I’ve been here for 3 years so far, marking the longest I’ve stayed in one place. This is largely due to how friendly the office is, and the fact that their maintenance team is truly incredible.

I have been living at Estancia at Morningstar for quite a while. I feel very safe and secure here. The office manager and staff including the maintenance workers are exceptional They make you feel comfortable and welcome. Nicest people ever.

I love them. Whenever I have an issue it’s fixed within 24 hours. They are beyond nice and never complain. The whole team at these apartments are Top Quality. They are never rude to me. I have had issues with paying rent on time due to my job messing up and they worked with me every time American Airlines messed up my check which is every month. ?? But these apartments is Gods gift to me and my 3 children and I feel safe in it for now. Thank you!

Blake was super informative and personable. He answered all of our questions and drove the golf cart like a pro. We could tell how much he loves being a part of the Estancia community, plus the soundtrack was on point. Estancia is our top choice apartment for our move later this year - 10/10 would tour again, and Blake deserves a raise.

Again! I love these apartments and I’m in 114 building 1 they are an amazing group of people I only wish they would hire me cause I would love to work with them. The best apartments in Texas and I have been in at least 3 in 12 years.

I have lived in several other apartment complexes in the colony, and I can say with a sincere heart, estancia is hands-down, the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The entire office team always has a smile they always greet you with “How can I make your day better?” That is genuinely their mission! Maintenance is incredible super fast with everything! The grounds are beautiful. Our community is like living on a resort. I love the swimming pool and a hot tub. I love the little waterfall out front! My apartment is so beautiful words cannot even describe it. I love my marble countertops. I love my wood floors. I love my precious patio ! My favorite feature is having the smart home and keyless entry! All of my neighbors are super cool we’ve literally become friends! Living here is such a good vibe. I’m sorry, but if you’re not living here you were totally messing out! Huge thank you to Michelle, McKenzie and Blake for welcoming me and my family and for all that you do we absolutely love it here!

Absolutely loved the two bed/one bath unit we got to tour. Blake was extremely helpful with answering our questions and introducing us to the community. The only qualm is the limited visitor parking and location of it, but I think that’s something we can sacrifice to live here.

This apartment is clean and neat if you are clean as a person. I love the staff's commitment to helping residents as much as they can. I would recommend Estancia at Morningstar to anyone moving to the Plano area for the first time, except for their recommended electricity provider (Reliant). Setting up the WiFi was also a challenge, but I will pin that on the provider. We love our experience here so far, looking forward to smooth experience ahead!!!
