Coho has been a wonderful place to live. The community is welcoming, the environment is clean and enjoyable, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, they’ve handled everything quickly and efficiently. I also love the leasing events, they bring residents together and create a real sense of community. Overall, it’s been a great living experience, and I would definitely recommend Coho to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I was downsizing. This apartment and community gives you that sense of still owning a house with a view and backyard. Great staff and neighborhood.

Very happy with my living experience here at CoHo! The units are very great and have lots of sunlight, maintenance is 10/10 and very prompt always, and amenities are very nice and well maintained. Location is also very nice and is right on the beltline.

What is most appealing is the apartments feel more like townhomes and more of a community and I love the fenced in backyards. I worked with Sloan and she was phenomenal! Probably the best experience I’ve had with talking with a leasing agent ever.

Happy to leave a few comments; however, my impression of CoHo was shaped as much, if not more, by your staff as by its physical properties. Loved the location and square footage, not to mention the complete renovation of interior units, but what sealed the deal was the personal interaction and professionalism of your staff. Ms. Holmes' easy and relaxed demeanor made me feel right at home. She breezed through the details and answered all my questions with a poised confidence. Very pleasant interaction. Alexxis is amazing! She is very professional, organized, and welcoming. Perfect apartment location with easy access to green spaces. The two-bedroom floorplan was an incredible value without compromising on quality. The whole process from application to acceptance to utilities connection was smooth and easy, with detailed instructions and terms that are straightforward and easy to understand. Overall a very pleasant experience. The smart features are definitely going to make my life so much easier. Thank you!

My over all impression I love the location, it’s just very small and I am not a fan of the walls. I am 4’11 I can not reach the washer and dryer. The location is great the interior I am not impressed for almost 1800
