Amazing staff, gorgeous apartments, friendly neighbors, and great third spaces! Walkable to grocery stores, a walking trail/park, and local businesses. I can’t speak highly enough about how awesome the maintenance team and leasing office staff are, they truly make it a pleasure to live here!

Canton Mill Lofts is a great place to live! My husband and I moved here while I was pregnant, and we had a great place to bring him home to once he was born. The leasing staff have been nothing but extraordinarily nice since we’ve moved in, and they have great communication! I truly love the community, and I plan to stay here for as long as possible!

I’ve always had negative experiences with apartment complexes until I found Canton Mill Lofts. They completely changed my perspective on renting. The staff, community, and resident events make this a truly enjoyable and relaxing place to live. Maintenance is quick and effective, and the office staff are always helpful, friendly, and involved. I’m very happy to call this community home.

Canton Mill Lofts is a very well maintained. Both leasing and maintenance staff are very responsive and active throughout my tenancy at this apartment. Not to mention the apartments are gorgeous, roomy and great upkeep even for an industrial type of property.

I love living at canton mill lofts. Community is always kept clean. The valet trash service is amazing. Maintenance is always quick and super helpful and when we had water pipe damage the office was extremely helpful to take care of all the residents.

This place is amazing! I just go in the app and submit a request and it’s taken care of with in 24 hours! I love it! I truly feel like I’m living in a 5 star resort! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone I like.

Well, I’ve wanted to live here for years. The community, property and staff are all so unique and amazing. The property itself is historic, beautiful and has a rustic charm. This is easily my favorite apartment I’ve ever had.

Maintenance team and leasing office teams are both fantastic!! So responsive, polite, respectful, with unbelievably quick turnaround times. All of my requests have been repaired or addressed within 24-48 hours and have only taken longer if parts need to be ordered. Staff is always friendly and has a great memory regarding us personally and always makes us feel prioritized.

When we first saw these apartments it was a MUST to move in. The high ceilings, exposed brick, cement floor, spiral stairs cases - it's all so charming. Luckily the staff is wonderful to work with and quick to fix your problems. The apartments are wonderfully insulated as far as sound goes and I went a while just wondering if I even had neighbors because of how quiet the unit is. Would highly recommend staying here.

We have lived at Canton Mill Lofts for almost 3 years. The property is lovely and well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The residents are very kind and respectful of one another. The bonus is how pet-friendly this location is. I recommend this community to anyone who asks.

The staff is amazing, especially Karen and Daniel. Can't say enough good things about the two of them. I think there needs to be a stricter policy on pet owners cleaning up after their animals. The amount of poop that is left in the courtyard and grassy areas is something I'm dreading when the weather warms up.

I recently moved into this apartment and couldn’t be happier with my choice! The space is very industrial feeling making it stand out from the typical "cookie cutter" apartment. The layout is open and spacious, providing plenty of room for both relaxation and entertaining. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The management team is responsive and friendly, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Choosing and committing to a new apartment is a huge decision, especially for someone so particular like me. From the first second I walked into the office, Karen was immediately welcoming and personable. She was very patient while showing me as many vacant apartments as possible until I finally narrowed it down to three. She showed me those three again the next day, and communicated with me regularly over the next couple of days until I ultimately chose one. Now that I am an official resident, I couldn’t be happier with my cool new loft. None of that would’ve been possible without Karen’s outstanding help and customer service skills. Karen is amazing!

Everything seems great! I've not been able to view the unit I'll be in yet, but Karen has been more than helpful with showing me the property and the general area of where I'll be located in the building. Her transparency was what made my decision to apply so easy. Can't wait to move in!
