Daniel Lively from maintenance is literally the best! Whenever he comes out, he's fast, friendly, and just a great guy all around! He took care of my request fast and efficiently. I have had no problems since! This guy is awesome!
Dakota was an amazing tour guide and we fell in love with canton mill lofts the second we stepped inside! the community seems great and it’s definitely somewhere i look forward to living

Canton Mill Lofts are quaint, and the apartments are of a high quality (materials used, etc.) From the street one would never guess the niceness of the pool area, the exercise room and the courtyards.

Amazing apartments, amazing staff, amazing community: overall amazing environment to live in. Hands down the best customer service. My experiences with Maintenance have been great. Their response time is always within an hour or so, and the repairs stay fixed.

The original plan was to rent for a year or less while pursuing a house purchase. That was 2017. I guess you could say I like it here.

The lofts are beautiful and open space. Karen was absolutely so sweet and personable and made our moving experience so easy. She has also been on top of any request I have had or questions. The community vibe is very calming and personable but over all quite.

My "move out" consultation kept getting cancelled without me prompting a cancel. I kept having to go in and redo it. Any communication with property on staff is generally poor unless you go straight to Allison Shea.

Our experience upon move in was extremely pleasant. The staff was amazing and was there to help with anything you may need. The community and room was/is beautiful and in just the short time we’ve been here we’ve felt extremely welcomed!

I am impressed with the entire complex. The pool, gym, cyber cafe, and the grounds are well maintained and I am proud to show my friends the different areas. They have put money, time and effort into this space and I feel lucky to live here!
