The canton mill lofts is a great community I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend to family, friends and community if you're looking for an affordable nice and clean environment to live this is most definitely the place to go! :)

This is a beautiful setting and the apartments are equally beautiful. The staff is friendly and easy to reach and talk to. I am very happy that we chose Canton Mill Lofts to be our new home.

From the moment I walked into Canton Mill Lofts, my experience was great!! Shyella & Jake were super friendly and helped answer any questions I had. I love this place! I’ve been living here for over a year and the staff have always been great at making sure that this place is in proper order, they are polite, and they are prompt. I’d say 10/10 for the Canton Mill Lofts.

Living at Canton Mill Lofts has been a great experience. The historic setting gives the community a unique charm, and the overall design is both attractive and a blend of historic aesthetic and modern functionality. The amenities are well maintained, and we especially appreciate the dog park and clean up stations. The community feels lively and welcoming, with pets and families adding to the warm atmosphere. The office and maintenance teams are consistently friendly, responsive, and professional. Every interaction has been positive, and their commitment to great service makes daily life here easy and enjoyable. The location and pricing are appealing, and the pet-friendly environment is a major plus. Overall, Canton Mill Lofts offers a distinctive, comfortable, and community-oriented place to live. We have truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to continuing to call it home.

Jake was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire apartment rental process. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer questions, and made everything feel seamless from start to finish. The application process can sometimes be stressful, but he was patient, clear, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Beyond being professional and organized, he was also just kind — which goes a long way during a big transition like moving. Truly a gold-star experience. ??

Love the aesthetics of the apartment and the property. Dogs are welcomed here and that was a big plus for me. The location of Canton Mill Lofts is ideal for shoppping, the park for walking, and really convenient to get to 575. A little taste of NY in Canton! Having lived abroad, I’ve never really liked your “standard” apartment living. Canton Mill Lofts is a unique living environment that is a fresh departure from your typical “cookie cutter” complexes.

Jacob was fabulous and I really enjoyed my tour with him. He made it feel like home. The only thing that deterred us from choosing this property was the fact that the walls don't go all the way up which makes intimacy a little precarious. That's being candid. However, if it hadn't been for that, the place is a dead ringer. Loved the vibe of the property and like I said Jacob was wonderful and very great to work with!

Canton Mill Lofts has been such a peaceful and uplifting place to live. The building has so much character, and there’s a special charm in the way the old mill structure blends with modern comfort. It truly feels like a little hidden sanctuary. The community here is friendly and respectful — people smile, hold doors, and look out for each other without being intrusive. The atmosphere is calm, and it’s easy to feel at home the moment you walk in. The staff is kind, helpful, and quick to take care of anything you need, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day life. My loft itself is bright and cozy, with high ceilings and a layout that just feels right. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, reset, and genuinely enjoy your space. The location is great too — close to essentials, but tucked away enough to feel private. Overall, Canton Mill Lofts offers a warm, inviting experience that’s hard to find. I’m grateful to live here

The Mill lofts are a great place to come and live to have a quick drive to downtown Canton as well as 575 and it has 2 parks with trail access connected to the gated community for exercise or dog walks. The community is quiet but has social events and sometimes neighbors hang out at the grill areas and do dinner together. They offer nice starter units as well as great family living units as well.

Such a wonderful community and staff! There is a beautiful atrium, hammocks, a well-equipped gym, a nice media lounge, great poolhouse, etc. Maintenance is very timely and efficient, 10/10 recommend.

Canton Mill Lofts is a great place to live! My husband and I moved here while I was pregnant, and we had a great place to bring him home to once he was born. The leasing staff have been nothing but extraordinarily nice since we’ve moved in, and they have great communication! I truly love the community, and I plan to stay here for as long as possible!

I’ve always had negative experiences with apartment complexes until I found Canton Mill Lofts. They completely changed my perspective on renting. Canton Mill Lofts is a very well maintained. Both leasing and maintenance staff are very responsive and active throughout my tenancy at this apartment. Not to mention the apartments are gorgeous, roomy and great upkeep even for an industrial type of property.

I love living at canton mill lofts. Community is always kept clean. The valet trash service is amazing. Maintenance is always quick and super helpful and when we had water pipe damage the office was extremely helpful to take care of all the residents.
