Calais Midtown is family friendly. Both the residence and staff at Calais Midtown always make our family feel welcomed and loved! Plus Calais Midtown is so close to Museums, parks, and work downtown. Calais Midtown is our home.
I have been living at the Calais for eight years and consider it my home. The staff and maintenance departments are very nice and professional. There is a great family environment at the Calais and I am quite happy to be a part of it.

Jailyn was such a wonderful guide on the tour, was very personable and kind, and very informative on the property, the floorplans, and the budgeting of it all. It was so wonderful! I went on several tours that day, and I ended it at Calais. It went so well, I basically made my decision by the time I left!

The community is well kept, neighbors are generally quiet and respectful of other tenants, noise level is kept to a minimum, the office staff is super friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew, as a whole, are friendly and respectiful.

I'm unable to answer some of the question because I haven't physically entered the apartment that I'm going to lease. I was virtually shown an apartment that mimicks the one I'm suppose to move in. Until I've actually been in the apartment that I'm leasing I will not be able to answer all question honestly.

Calais Midtown is a wonderful place to live. Most of it has to do with the staff that treats you like family and it's always there when you need her. Can't think of a better place to live than a here.

When I first arrived at Calais I knew I’d be staying here , I was greeted with a warm welcome and the tour was everything ,which helped me make my decision on living here. I sat my intentions to find an environment that would be friendly and inviting and it just so happened that it was looking for me too ! my stay here has been awesome. This community is old, but cheap. The location is great and near great bars and restaurants. I love my apartment layout and views. However, the elevator breaks often. Sometimes for weeks and months at a time. It is great training if you want to climb a mountain. The staff is friendly, and tries to work with me when I have issues. The gym and pool is sufficient.

Calais Midtown is a wonderful community. The staff is attentive and communicates clearly. The community is clean and quiet. The elevator being out has been an inconvenience though, but Venterra is great about keeping us in the loop on progress.

Lovely Staff! Great Management! Beautiful Housing and great condition apartments! It is very spacious, and clean, and has the warmth of a home, not a rental apartment. Love the way management is so responsive and quick to every request. Very polite and respectful! It's a great and safe location to live in! Very well-managed buildings!
