Having lived at Bradford Mills Lofts for over a year and a half, I truly feel this is my home. The individuals in both management and maintenance value a sense of community and make living here a true pleasure for me. An added bonus is the Bark Park which my pooch loves!
Choosing to live at BML for the past two years has been the best decision of my life. I have never felt safer, or more at home. Living here will never be a bad decision!

Beautiful history building with with automated features that make sense. 5/5 move-in scores Anna and Katie has made my experience very easy. Highly recommend. Neighbors respectful and there is a friendly dog culture.

BML has been my home for over a year and I hope to live here for a number of years. Love my apartment - the loft layout gives me space for all my needs; love the location - Germantown is a great area; love the Bark Park; and especially love the staff who make these buildings a welcoming community.

Bradford Mills Lofts has exceeded our expectations and we are so happy that we moved into this beautiful building. Our process was a breeze. No stress about anything, straight to the point which is what we love. We are happy to call this place home.

The Bradford mills amenities and employees were great, I personally did not get to tour the apartment, they were all leased, by the time I viewed the apartment complex. I personally decided against it mainly because of the monthly costs.

I love living here! The location is great, my apartment is pretty cool now that it's all set up, the staff are all super friendly (leasing office, maintenance, etc.), the dog park is incredible, the gym is phenomenal, the events are fun. The other residents are friendly as well. I feel very lucky to have found a home here and hope to be here for a long time!

Living at BML brings smiles to my face every day. Whether visiting with staff (who feel like friends); or enjoying the sense of community which developed so quickly with other residents; attending events in the community room; or even working out in the gym…I feel I am at home here.

I just recently moved into Bradford Mills Lofts and so far my experience has been a great one. Finding our next home was a stressful experience at first, but once we decided on Bradford Mills Lofts, Anna and Katie were so helpful in finding our perfect unit. So far, the building is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and our space is incredible. I would recommend BML to anyone looking for their next home.
