Yes, you can absolutely receive referral rewards after you move out if you are still eligible for rewards.  When you are no longer a resident, rewards will be sent in the form of a check. The applicant must list your name when completing the application in SMARTLEASING.  Please email referrals@venterraliving.com regarding any questions you have.
