The property looks to be well kept and I like the fact that pest control comes out weekly to spray. Also Monica was a great tour guide and was able to help and answer all of my questions and concerns.

I really appreciated Monica attentiveness to my needs and wants and her ability to follow-up with additional information about the property. She was a very lovely rep. I do love this complex and its charm but I'm still exploring other options based on size of apartments and availability.

Monica has done a great job, I've gone to about a dozen apartment complexes since touring the Vinings and out of all of them she's one of two that followed up in a precise and professional manner. It's solid enough service that I'm taking time out of my lunch to do this.

So far I love it here. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. I love all the trees and pathways. The staff always has an amazing attitude and accommodated me through my move-in process.
