We absolutely love our apartment. Tonya, Hunter and Anne were so kind and helpful in filling out our application, especially Hunter, she was amazingly patient with me. We have great neighbors and its really quiet here. The landscaping is lovely and the pool is great.
Everyone was super welcoming, and it seemed really safe.

We love living at The Villas at Newnan Crossing. Tonya, the property manager and her staff are top notch! We lived here 6 years ago and recently moved back and every staff member remembered our names, things about our life in general and they also remembered our sweet Trixie Leigh, our 14 year old fur baby. There is no turnover in the staff, which means it’s a great place to work. The staff is very attentive to your needs and works hard to resolve any issues. The maintenance staff is outstanding. All work orders are resolved in 24 to 48 hours. The amenities are plentiful, something for everyone, adults, children and the fur babies. The property setting is like living in a forest, there are plenty of trees, bushes and flowers everywhere. It’s quiet and we feel completely safe living here. Every neighbor we have met, have been extremely nice and friendly. I would highly recommend The Villas at Newnan Crossing to any one looking for a quiet peaceful place to call home.

I’ve been staying at the Village Of Newnan Crossing for a while now, and I must say, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They always check in on you and make sure everything is in order. If you have any issues or need something done to your apartment, they’re always prompt and efficient. The apartment itself is always clean and quiet, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment.

This is a wonder place to live, the grounds are beautiful and maintained constantly, the breezways are also blowed out constantly of and debre. The office personnel are the BEST. They are always having events for the residents, both young and old. They also schedule for various food trucks to come here on a regular basis. I'm looking forward to living here for next 15 years or more.

The apartments are fantastic, and maintained perfectly. The grounds and the breezways are always kept clean. We enjoy the Valet garbage pickup at the front door.

If you are looking for a beautiful, secluded and quiet community to live, you have found it at Villas of Newnan. From a gated community, to tennis courts and a splash in the pool life could not be better. The villas are large and well designed, and spacious. It has manicured lawns with beautiful flowers to accent the grass. It's the best kept secret in Newnan. You could not find a friendly and more professional leasing staff and maintence staff that will attends to all of your needs. Michael S.
