Both the maintenance and administrative teams at Village Walk have become part my extended family. I recently needed to move to lower level apartment home for medical reasons. Val, Ashley, and Sergey were invaluable in assuring my move went seamlessly and over the Holidays. Village Walk is a great place to call HOME!

Village Walk is conveniently located just south of Town Center with easy access to the beaches, I-95 and the by-pass. Ashley and Val both give 100% effort in helping you with any special needs. As an older resident, Sergey and his maintenance crew provide excellent 5-Star service for every request. Plus, it is the most pet friendly neighborhood in all of Jacksonville.

The community is well landscape and maintained. It would be great if the gate were operational. Otherwise it's a very nice place to live.

VILLAGE WALK is the safe place to live centrally located for gas stations, restaurants and food stores. the staff in the front office and the maintenance staff are reliable and courteous. I would recommend living here to anyone who is interested
