We love this place .It has almost everything we need. I heard that we were getting sauna. That would make it great for us.. We like to thank the office staff and the maintenance staff. They do a great job. Jambalaya Jack is me and I try to reward both staff

I have lived at Village walk for years. It's an outstanding place to live. Everytime I pull into the entrance I feel like I'm on vacation. Its so pretty and well kept. I feel extremely safe here, and to me that's paramount. The location is extremely convenient to the Towne Center, many grocery stores, gas stations, library, the Ymca, the highway and many other amenities. The pool area is so Beautiful and relaxing. The office staff; Ish, Ashley and Val are outstanding. The maintenance staff are all so kind and personable and great at what they do, very responsive. I highly recommend this luxury living.

overall experience here is positive but there are few issues that need to be addressed and I'm confident they will. Rent seems higher when compared to similar residences

The Village Walk is a beautiful place to call home. I absolutely love sitting on the balcony overlooking the small lake. All kinds of wildlife can be seeing and heard throughout the day. I feel safe and have peace of mind knowing that Village Walk is gated. It's a great place to take long walk, jog or sit and just relax. The landscape and mature trees add to the charm of this beautiful community. I would highly recommend this place!

Loved the one bedroom Estate with attached garage!!! I listed my condo for sale last week and as soon as it sells, (several looking) I want to rent at Village Walk. I especially LOVE apt #2106!!! I pray it’s still available when my place sells. I will take it immediately. It’s absolutely perfect for me! Close to my children & family. My sister is also interested in renting here!

Village Walk has been fantastic! I don’t really plan to move anywhere else unless I’m buying. The view outside my apartment is great, and I love the layout of the inside. There’s tons of storage within the apartment, and it’s super conveniently located to tons of shopping and restaurants.

Village Walk is beautiful, clean, and safe, and all of the residents are friendly. The maintenance team is incredible and quick to respond to our needs! The location is central to anything you might need but not located on an extremely busy road. It’s a great place to live!

I've been here since 2016 and it's been great. Maintenance staff is the best. I have super high ceilings and enormous bathtub. Noise is manageable but I'm from a big city so it's okay. Rent increases have not been too dramatic. I only wish we have fiber optics internet, the available wifi vendor is less than wonderful. I won't name them but you can figure out who they are.

Best place to live. Its actually more like living in a house. The ceilings are high and theres crown molding detail. The property is well kept and maintenance and staff are on point. My neighbor has been here for 14 years and loves it. That says a lot to me!

Village Walk is a great place to live. You are close to Town Center without all the traffic. You're close to the beach without all the sand. But, for the most part, there's no reason to leave. You live in a vacation. Maintenance crew is hands down the best in Jacksonville.

The overall view of Village Walk is welcoming, inviting and "warming." There is a sense of community and home. It is a pleasure to live here and even more pleasurable to invite family and friends to visit, for dinner and family gatherings. The fountain lakes and bigger lake are relaxing and provide a sense of peace. It is nice to come home from work or traveling and being able to have a feeling of relaxation even before entering into our home.

The physical environment is great for walking and strolling. The facilities are very well kept and the wonderfully sculptured. It is a pleasure to have moved into the complex and looking forward to making this a new home.

Village Walk is an oasis in the middle of a very busy area of Jacksonville. We are always grateful to return home — but enjoy easy access to work, interstate, shopping and medical care.

Village Walk has been the best apartment I've lived in in Jacksonville. The apartments are nice and well priced. We have a beautiful view of a lake and are close to the town center. I love the outdoor space and all of the natural light available. Walls and ceilings are well insulated and I don't hear my neighbors, next door or above, hardly at all. Great place to call home. The staff is also fantastic, both office staff and maintenance staff.

We have reside at Village Walk for 7 years. Originally, our intent was to stay for a year before building or buying a home. We liked our residence, amenities and location to area shopping, beaches and restaurants, we stayed.
