I’m a big fan of Villa Lago. This community keeps me somewhat centered to everything I care to partake in around the Fort Worth Area

Upon moving in to our apartment it looked brand new and was very clean. For a 1 bedroom apartment it is very spacious and, as I like to cook, there is plenty enough counter space to prep all my food on. The fridge, microwave, and oven all looked clean and are in excellent operating condition. As a personal preference of mine I do like the washer and dryer located in the kitchen area, because in a one bedroom apartment it would be very noisy anywhere else with them on. Lastly the staff here at villa lago is very friendly and always more than a pleasure to talk to. They're willing to go the extra mile to help you out, since my gf and I drove from Washington state to move down here we had some friends check out our apartment for us and the villa lago staff accommodated that. Definitely would recommend these apartments!

I knew from the minute I was greeted in the leasing office by Laura, the tour, and how she explained the lease and process I was sold. Laura was very polite, patient and welcoming. She even followed back up with me within 24 hours and that was totally a plus.

Apartment are well maintained they keep the overall look very clean. Front staff and maintenance are friendly and fast response when and if any issue occurs. I would definitely recommend Villa Lago.

This is my third year at Villa Lago Apartments and I couldn't be happier. It is a beautiful and quiet place. All of their office and maintenance staff are friendly and excellent.

Relocating to a different state can be challenging but my point person Lauren made it smooth as possible. She responded to every email every question. She didn't make me feel that what I was asking was too many questions or being unrealistic.She was very patient with me and explain in detail the process.

The staff at Villa Lago has been exceptional! I've had several maintenance requests for things that were beyond my control and they were quick to take care of the requests within a timely fashion. My most recent request was for my stove not working. The maintenance staff stayed past their work schedules to make sure I was taken care of. Although, it was not able to fixed, they will be coming back today to replace the stove. I have been very pleased with my experience here and my kids and I feel safe! It's a beautiful community that is well kept! The office staff have always been welcoming. Lauren, Shawny and Andrea have been very helpful with any questions or concerns that I have.

I couldn’t be more happier with moving to Villa Lago, from start to finish with applying everything went so smoothly. Lauren was such a big help and always responded quickly, any questions I had she answered. On move in day both ladies helped me with move in and it went very well, process was quick and easy.

Just renewed my contract for the 3rd time. Love this place. Andrea, Shawny and all the staff are always available for any questions you may have. Wouldn't dream of living anywhere else but Villa Lago, unless of course it was the beach....LOL
