Great place to live beautiful grounds Well maintain apartments. Best office, staff and maintenance. They are friendly, professional, and willing to make sure you are comfortable here. Apartment have crown molding in living area kitchen and bathroom have upgrades cabinets Cherrywood walk-in closet. Have enjoyed living here and I don’t believe you would be disappointed to move in. Great place.

Andrea was so wonderful! She was patient with us and really took the time to help us understand the entire application process. She was so friendly. We even saw her picking up trash as we were on the way back to the office on the golf cart. She truly made this experience for us.

The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Community and people are always polite and nice. And they were able to get me an apartment extremely soon. The apartment is in great condition. Very happy with my experience here that we moved back for a second time.

El condominio está en excelentes condiciones pienso que para la aplicación deben solicitar más información en aras de saber quien son los aplicantes, ya que siento que fueron muy superficiales no nos pidieron staiment del banco el cual fuimos preparado con toda la información, mi familia les hubiera encantado ser residentes vueltos, porque reunimos las condiciones.

The staff at Villa Lago is very professional. They always give top-notch customer service. For me, I like how they always take the time to explain and make sure you have an understanding based on your office visit. I remember my appointment with Lauren Cortinad to tour the apartment. She was very pleasant, She took the time to answer all my questions. It took no time for her to get back to me with additional. She took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step. And honestly, It was my experience with her that made me know that that was the place for me.

We looked at a ton of apartments when relocating to Fort Worth from Missouri. Venterra properties were the only ones on our radar! The management is wonderful. Staff are attentive and maintenance is quick! Villa Lago is a quiet, pleasant, fur baby friendly complex. We even enjoy the duck pond on property! Guests have commented on how beautiful our apartment is. Besides the attractiveness of the complex and apartment the price was lower then the other properties we looked at. The amenities is really what sold us. Valet trash and smart home is what made us jump on it. If you are considering Villa Lago, don't miss your chance!

Great place to live. Office staff and maintenance are the best. Apt is very nice love the lay out. I do have noisy neighbors upstairs but you could have that anywhere so I love this place so much hate to move. It is a great place clean, friendly well kept grounds, good amenities.
