Out of all the apartments I've moved into, this is by far the best. It has been the most efficient move-in process. The staff have been so very friendly and helpful with me. There's really nothing at all to complain about. I'm grateful to the staff for making this life change of mine very easy and impactful.

It’s a great community to live in, has good amenities and staff is friendly. The community is peaceful, and even has a dog park for the pups!

Nice apartment with good amenities and the leasing office and maintenance are very responsive to address concerns and answer questions. Paying online is a plus and being able to make requests online is great. The pond with the ducks is relaxing to walk by and the pool area and playgrounds are nice. Package lockers are also very convenient.

Valencia At Westchase is a great place to live! The community is peaceful, has great amenities and has a lot of value! The leasing office staff are polite, helpful, and great to work with!
