The Engagement from the second you enter the building was "AWESOME"....Marley Froe did a GREAT job of informing me of "ALL" the reasons why Tuscany at Lindbergh would be a GREAT place to call home. The tour of the property was absolutely EXCELLENT. Juliet Booth was also very kind ,pleasant, and patient in assisting me with the application process. They definitely exemplified what a Customer Experience should feel like when looking for a new residence. Out of all the places I visited, this staff has been the ABSOLUTE BEST and I'd be honored to a resident here!!!!????

Juliet was wonderful in her touring process. We had arrived very early tour and still felt content with waiting in the leasing office which was surprisingly beautiful for leasing office. Juliet was super professional but would keep it comforting for my dad and I during the tour.

I really love living at The Tuscany! The apartments are super spacious and have a really nice layout — it never feels cramped. The building is always clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate. The maintenance team is fast and friendly, and the leasing office staff is always helpful whenever I need anything. You can tell they actually care about the residents. Overall, it’s just a great place to live — comfortable, clean, and run by a team that keeps everything in order. Definitely recommend The Tuscany if you’re looking for a nice, well-maintained apartment community

This is a very well-managed and well-maintained property. It is aesthetically pleasing and the maintenance staff is outstanding. They are attentive and immediately respond to whatever I need. The apartment's floor plan is perfect. Juliet is so personable, kind, and helpful; she has treated me (and, I'm sure, everyone) so thoughtfully. She's a valuable asset to the company.

My apartment was overall spotless and any questions I've had, the leasing staff have always been willing to help. A few weeks into moving in I called the on-call maintenance and courtesy officer because the fire alarm was going off, they sprung into action quickly! I am super happy with my decision to move here!

This is awesome community to live in. I actually feel like I am valued as a tenant, which I feel is rare to find in Atlanta. Management is very responsive and helpful. The property is well taken care of.

Living in the Lindbergh area, it’s clear that the neighborhood itself isn’t really built with families or kids in mind. It can feel busy, urban, and not very family-oriented. However, once you step inside the gates of Tuscany, that changes completely. The community here makes me forget that we are in the middle of Lindbergh. It feels safe, welcoming, and family-friendly in a way that the surrounding area does not. Tuscany has created an environment where I actually feel comfortable raising my kids, and that makes a huge difference.

I feel fortunate to have discovered Tuscany at Lindbergh during my search for a place to live during my relocation to Atlanta. The complex is not only clean, it is also well maintained: the pool, the surroundings areas and the shrubs are meticulously neat. I don’t want to forget to mention, ALL staff members are polite, friendly, helpful and professional. They’re are the best!

Tuscany at Lindbergh's location is so convenient. A gated community, it is close to shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, nail salons, coffee shops, furniture store & Marta. The management staff and the maintenance crew are sincere good people, professional and are always helpful. This community is well maintained and clean. I am happy living in this community.

The ambience is wonderful! I love the gated community. I’ve never lived in a complex where the maintenance staff responded so quickly to work orders. Most of the times it’s same day or even a few minutes or hours after submitting the order.

In recognition of Kolyo, Jay, Marco, Minko, Nadia, Monica and dear Juliet at Tuscany, Lindbergh. I know there's been some changes & hope I captured everyone on staff. I am incredibly impressed with the leasing and maintenance team at my residence! They are not only effective and diligent in their work, but they genuinely care about the community they serve. Their commitment to providing excellent service is evident in everything they do, from addressing maintenance requests promptly to ensuring that all residents feel welcome and valued. One of the standout features of this team is their pet-friendly approach, which makes living here even more enjoyable for pet owners. They understand that furry friends are part of the family, and they go out of their way to accommodate them. I recognize that their job isn't easy, also with an mature property & what that entails, yet they tackle every challenge with professionalism and a positive attitude. It’s refreshing to see such dedication, and it truly enhances the quality of life in our community. I am grateful to have such an amazing team looking after us! Tuscany is a haven for inner city living.

My boyfriend told me to place in a service request for the A/C. I did not even realize that it was not working properly. I placed a request online the night before and told him about the rapid responsiveness of the maintenance staff. He was at home when someone showed up to look into it. He then texted me at work to tell me how impressed he was! He could not even believe it himself. He noted that maintenance at his apartment takes FOREVER and it takes multiple visits to correct any problem. Needless to say, we are in talks about renting a bigger apartment at The Tuscany and moving in together one day.

Tuscany at Lindbergh has provided the best apartment complex management and maintenance of all the apartments I have lived in here in Atlanta. The leasing office staff is always friendly and helpful, resolving any issues quickly. In addition, the maintenance staff is very responsive, completes requests fast and efficiently.

I took a big chance by moving to this community from out of state without first having a chance to visit in person, and I am absolutely certain I made the right decision! The community is kept clean, the staff is friendly, and whenever I need to make a maintenance request, it is usually responded to the same day. Not to mention, the location is great.

Tuscany has been a wonderful place for me and my children. Sometimes you get leasing management that just tries to sale you on their property but not Tuscany. Everything they said was true. I see why people don’t leave. I think I’ve found our home for the next half decade or so. Maintenance responds very quickly, the grounds are kept so nice, the neighbors are humble and friendly. The management office even helped my son get home from the bus when he was lost. They really built a great rapport with my family and I’m very thankful.

I love living at Tuscany at Lindbergh. It really is a quiet and calm community most of the time. They do a good job at picking up trash keeping the community clean. They are very responsive to my questions and concerns. They fixed the gate in a timely manner and gave me updates about their progress in doing so. My apartment was almost exactly what I was looking for.
