My daughter and I love living here! We feel safe, seen and heard. Even when there is an issue, a solution is provided in a timely manner. Not all solutions work but the fact that they are solution-centered is a plus! The staff is very welcoming and provides a sense of community with the various ways for residents to engage and have fun! I look forward to coming out of my shell and participating in the future!

The architectural design of Tuscany at Lindbergh is beautiful. The surrounding lawns and plants enhance the overall attractiveness of the facility. The friendliness and assistance of the staff are extraordinary. I am very happy and fortunate to be a resident at Tuscany at Lindbergh.

I heartily recommend Tuscany at Lindbergh to potential renters. The management team are professional and extremely cordial. The design of the apartments is outstanding with modern appliances, outstanding closet space, neutral colors throughout, excellent carpeting, and attractive vinyl flooring. The grounds are beautifully landscaped; the pool is lovely; and the outside gas grills are a plus!

I found the campus to be extremely beautiful, and I enjoyed that the place was covered with trees and seemed separate from the main road! I liked that the apartment complex is within a gated community!

The best thing about this place is the location, the maintenance response and problem solving of the office and maintenance staff! The community is very clean, pool area is superb and amenities are also well maintained!

The staff at Tuscany at Lindbergh is the best that I’ve seen in apartment living. They genuinely care that your home is kept in great shape and that you enjoy your experience of living there. They are so caring and responsive to make sure that any problems are taken care of as quickly as possible. I cannot say enough great things honestly.

Juliet was awesome! Double her salary On a more serious note, I thought the complex felt safe and clean, which is the most important factor. The appliances in each unit were fine, but not great - not a big deal as long as they work well. I toured about 4-5 apartments last weekend and Tuscany at Lindburgh was the only one I actually felt good about.

My tour experience with Juliet Booth was wonderful! My roommate and I had so much fun getting to know Juliet and by extension what to expect from the community! We have not stopped talking about our excitement and eagerness to move into the Tuscany at Lindbergh. I have had many apartment tour over the years and this one was by far the best. I really feel like this is the place I will be living in for the next few years of my life. I genuinely cannot wait till my current lease is up and I can move in!

The Engagement from the second you enter the building was "AWESOME"....Marley Froe did a GREAT job of informing me of "ALL" the reasons why Tuscany at Lindbergh would be a GREAT place to call home. The tour of the property was absolutely EXCELLENT. Juliet Booth was also very kind ,pleasant, and patient in assisting me with the application process. They definitely exemplified what a Customer Experience should feel like when looking for a new residence. Out of all the places I visited, this staff has been the ABSOLUTE BEST and I'd be honored to a resident here!!!!????

I really love living at The Tuscany! The apartments are super spacious and have a really nice layout — it never feels cramped. The building is always clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate. The maintenance team is fast and friendly, and the leasing office staff is always helpful whenever I need anything. You can tell they actually care about the residents. Overall, it’s just a great place to live — comfortable, clean, and run by a team that keeps everything in order. Definitely recommend The Tuscany if you’re looking for a nice, well-maintained apartment community

This is a very well-managed and well-maintained property. It is aesthetically pleasing and the maintenance staff is outstanding. They are attentive and immediately respond to whatever I need. The apartment's floor plan is perfect. Juliet is so personable, kind, and helpful; she has treated me (and, I'm sure, everyone) so thoughtfully. She's a valuable asset to the company.

My apartment was overall spotless and any questions I've had, the leasing staff have always been willing to help. A few weeks into moving in I called the on-call maintenance and courtesy officer because the fire alarm was going off, they sprung into action quickly! I am super happy with my decision to move here!

Living in the Lindbergh area, it’s clear that the neighborhood itself isn’t really built with families or kids in mind. It can feel busy, urban, and not very family-oriented. However, once you step inside the gates of Tuscany, that changes completely. The community here makes me forget that we are in the middle of Lindbergh. It feels safe, welcoming, and family-friendly in a way that the surrounding area does not. Tuscany has created an environment where I actually feel comfortable raising my kids, and that makes a huge difference.

I feel fortunate to have discovered Tuscany at Lindbergh during my search for a place to live during my relocation to Atlanta. The complex is not only clean, it is also well maintained: the pool, the surroundings areas and the shrubs are meticulously neat.
