Shayla Sprague was a very pleasant and kind young lady. She was very patient and took the time to assist me and my sister in law. I was looking for an apartment to rent for my daughter who is currently in college out of the area. I had a great experience viewing the 1 bedroom apartment on 1/6/2025. Shayla had a warm smile and beautiful vibe and energy. Very much appreciated!

Absolutely adore the staff here, they are prompt, kind, and generous. And don’t get me started on how beautiful the buildings, apartments, and area are in general. Also, ice cream within walking distance? It’s a YES for me.

Friendly atmosphere, building grounds, and pool are very clean. Our apartment is perfect for us....it's very quiet, we forget we are in an apartment building as we never hear our neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

My experience @ Tervesta place has been wonderful and the office staff and maintenance crew are great… ?? I never had any issues or problems since I’ve been living here every time if I had an issue, they were on it very caring and respectful staff and the community is always nice and clean.?????? KTurner

Shayla took us on the apartment tour, and she is fantastic. Easy to talk to and explained everything and was able to help guide us on an apartment that worked best for us. She absolutely sold us on Trevesta!!!!
