Trevesta Place Apartments is great! They have events throughout the month and that's always exciting to look forward too. Also, Shayla at the office is very sweet and she's always willing to help with any problems/concerns and doesn't make it feel like a burden to be asking questions. Valet trash is great as well as the maintenance team. They left a note on my counter, stating that if I had any other problems, I could always contact them again!

Since we moved in, we've felt like it's our home. The kids really enjoy the activities the staff puts on, and that's the most important thing for us.

This place is the best kept secret around Manatee county. All or most residents are pleasant but the best part about it are the maintenance crew and the staff. Locations is great too because it is between the beaches and off the highway from Tampa, I-75 and crossing the Skyway bridge via I-275 to the back connecting with US-301 backways.??

We moved into these apartments almost immediately after they were built, and have thoroughly enjoyed the past 3 years living here. It’s truly felt like our home and we could not be more satisfied with our experience.

My first impression of the community was the cleanliness inside of the apartment and the amenities. The leasing managers specially Shayla was so friendly and we had a good conversation I enjoyed the tour!

Trevesta Place is a community that offers resort style, luxury living with the feeling of home. The management & maintenance teams are exceptional, going above & beyond every day to make living here a positive & comfortable experience for all. I do not foresee ever leaving here between the comfort, amenities & most of all, the current management team. It’s the greatest place on earth??

Staff is phenomenal, especially the maintenence guys. If you have a concern for anything, they all go above and beyond to fix whatever it is. In the past almost decade, this is the only place I have renewed my lease because we finally found a place that cares more about the people than the money.

TPA is a warm loving community. Every month an event is held. The maintenance team is phenomenal, they ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner!

My impression was excellent, I love the friendly interaction of the office staff with residents, the grounds, the amenities, and Shayla was amazing and answered all our questions, we never felt rushed or pressured even though our tour ran past closing hours. Over all it was a great experience.

Phenomenal experience thus far moving into Trevesta place. The apartments are clean, the layouts are spacious and the rent is well priced. The community is welcoming. This is a great place for me, I haven't lived in apartment for 20 years, but they made everything super easy. Miranda found me exactly what I was looking for. This is a great area too.Parks, sidewalks, golf and stores all around. Convenient by I-75 I-275 merger.

It is quiet, clean, and they truly make you feel like a community! Lots of group activities in the club house every month, food trucks on some Thursdays, clean and very nice gym, lots of doggies and everyone cleans up after their pet! I also love how well kept the buildings are and friendly the staff is here. Easy living!!

I haven’t officially moved in until June 16th, 2025 but my tour and ex spouse who also lives here with my son, who I will have as well showed me how up to date the community is and ths ameneties included and the extra costs on valet trash and electric, erc. I am very much looking forward to usjng the pool and making new friends with my neighbors.

We have lived here since the complex was first built in 2023 and we will be most definitely renewing our lease for a second time. It’s been such a great experience from the maintenance and office staff, to the overall amenities and comfortability of the units themselves.

Moving to the Trevesta Place Apartments has been a very supportive move for us as we are recovering from hurricanes that hit our home five months ago.
