I love the community and the amenities provided. Amazing staff as well. Dre really made this experience absolutely pleasant. Not only did he help me find the perfect fit for my needs. He went above and beyond to make sure he heard my situation and did everything he could to make this happen for me !

Tree Park is an awesome neighborhood and community. It is quiet, peaceful and the apartments were laid out in a way that provides the best use of space/ sq footage. I have made friends with neighbors and a close friend of mine and my girlfriend just moved in thanks to our recommendation. I would recommend tree park to anyone I know.

Large and lavish two bed two bath apartments that feel right at home when you first step foot in them, with a staff that is there for you with any need, it’s a place you can feel safe, secure, and welcome.

Tree Park in Flowery Branch GA is a community that cares about and for its residents. The Management and staff are outstanding. And someone is always available to discuss any concerns. The maintenance staff is prompt, reliable and respectful of property. It is a good place to call home. I have lived here nearly 5 years. I'm very happy with my choice.

I am so grateful for the well cared for surroundings of the apartments. During good weather, I relish sitting on the patio and just absorbe the beauty of the property here. As for the manager and her team of employees, I say to them, "Well done, good and faithful servants!" I am always surprised to see how quickly someone in the maintenance department arrives at my door when I submit a request. When I appear in the office building with a question or two, I am always welcomed and given the assistance I need.

Overall everything is excellent. From the staff, the maintenance people, the grounds are kept beautifully and so are the apartments kept up to date. If it wasn't all I said it was I wouldn't be living here.

The whole process of leasing and moving in was easy and fast compared to the other options out there. The town home has a great layout for our family, the landscaping and overall property are well kept by the crew. Maintenance issues have been promptly fixed. We love the pool, and the community is very welcoming. Thank you to the team at Tree Park!

Very excited and happy with the maintenance staff here so far, on move-in day the AC had to clog so it leaks a little bit of water they came within 10 minutes cleaned it up cleared the hose and it is working perfect. My dishwasher wasn't working when I first moved in and they completely replaced it.

Tree Park apartments has been the most accommodating and welcoming apartment complex I've ever seen. This is the first place my Husband and I have ever lived together, it is peaceful, friendly, and safe. Everyone here has dogs, goes out on walks together, and you really get a chance to meet your neighbors! I always love seeing families and kiddos running around and playing together. The dog parks are great, too! There are surprisingly SO many in this place. Plus, playgrounds and parks. It's very awesome! You can hear music playing from different apartments on sunny days while you're out in the park, hearing people laugh and dance. It's lively and everyone has everyones' back. I have yet to meet any Karens or rude people, just generally a great neighborhood. My coworker, after my suggestion, even moved here with their family after I told them about this place and has been living here for half a year now. They love it, too! Victor, the maintenance man, is the best! :)
