Dre was awesome! My daughter had a slight meltdown because she wasnt expecting to look at anything the day we went but he was so patient! Dre guided me through everything because it was my first time renting an apartment like this! He made it so easy! Everyone is so nice! Im so excited to live here!

I love living at Tree Park. The management and staff are friendly and helpful and very accessible. The grounds are beautifully maintained. There are floor plans for any size family and they have great amenities. If you are in the market for an apartment, come to Tree Park!

We lived here when are children were young and loved it. Now the trees have matured and there is more shade and the flooring is easy to maintain since the carpet is just in the bedrooms. We love the pool and are looking forward to using the gym and tennis courts.

I want to recognize Dvondre for providing outstanding customer service throughout my leasing process. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I understood the entire process. What stood out most was his kindness and willingness to help. I love the community and the amenities provided. Amazing staff as well. Dre really made this experience absolutely pleasant. Not only did he help me find the perfect fit for my needs. Tree Park is an awesome neighborhood and community. It is quiet, peaceful and the apartments were laid out in a way that provides the best use of space/ sq footage. I have made friends with neighbors and a close friend of mine and my girlfriend just moved in thanks to our recommendation. I would recommend tree park to anyone I know.

Tree Park in Flowery Branch GA is a community that cares about and for its residents. The Management and staff are outstanding. And someone is always available to discuss any concerns. The maintenance staff is prompt, reliable and respectful of property. It is a good place to call home. I have lived here nearly 5 years. I'm very happy with my choice.

I am so grateful for the well cared for surroundings of the apartments. During good weather, I relish sitting on the patio and just absorbe the beauty of the property here. As for the manager and her team of employees, I say to them, "Well done, good and faithful servants!" I am always surprised to see how quickly someone in the maintenance department arrives at my door when I submit a request. When I appear in the office building with a question or two, I am always welcomed and given the assistance I need.
