My experience at Townhomes at Lake Park has been disappointing, particularly given the cost of living in this community. While the location is convenient, the overall quality does not reflect modern standards expected in 2026. Amenities are outdated, maintenance concerns are not consistently resolved, and there has been a noticeable decline in upkeep, including issues with water quality, excessive dust, and property maintenance. Despite increasing rent and fees, the value provided has not improved. I ultimately renewed due to school zoning for my children, but based on my experience, I would carefully consider other options before choosing this community.

I loved everything about this community. I especially loved the set up of the home , the parking and garage. I loved the idea of of the lake as well. I only have one drawback and that’s the color of the wood floors. I appreciate the gray floors personally because it makes the home look more bright and spacious. But everything else was wonderful and the office staff was so amazing. I was able to see them in action for the event night. I would definitely lease here.

Just moved in and couldn’t be happier! The staff made the entire move-in process smooth and welcoming. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Quiet surroundings, great amenities, and a real sense of community already. Excited to call this place home!
