Townhomes at Lake Park was the best decision I made for myself for a home. I feel safe here and welcomed. The unit is perfect for me and affords me the chance to create a space that is all my own - which is so important. The staff are kind, professional, and just good people in general. The property is clean and maintenance requests are addressed in an expedient manner. I would recommend this community to anyone, single, young couples, families, etc.

I love the new staff that took over Our apartments. Everyone is very friendly and they try to accommodate all your needs to make you feel comfortable while living here.

I have been in Houston/Pearland for about 6 weeks now. Townhomes at Lake Park has proven to be the right place to take up residence. It’s makes my day to come home and relax, or talk a walk around the lake to unwind. It’s close to great shopping and eateries! I’m very much appreciative of the leasing staff (Victoria and Mikayla) and the amenities that come with!

I’ve only been on property about a month now. The staff is courtesy and made sure my move-in was a smooth as possible. Victoria and Mikayla are excellent at their jobs in communicating efficiently and promptly.
