I am 3 1/2 months into my fifteenth year living here. The staff has changed a couple of times. They are frequently doing upgrades and frequently changing outside wall panels putting on new roofs and maintaining an overall upkeep of the entire complex. Both the office and maintenance staff are all nice and friendly and easy to work with.

Timber Mill is an amazing community. I came from an apartment in Conroe and in my nine and a half years there I had seen several managers come and go and with each, more and more of an “I don’t care” attitude. At the end they had really let the place go, they stopped communicating all together and wouldn’t come fix anything unless it was an absolute emergency, and then they only did it reluctantly and halfway. It’s been an entirely different experience with Timber Mill. From the second I walked into the office to view, I felt welcomed. The entire. Team was professional and attentive, answering my many, many questions. They even offered to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms before move in if I brought them by the office, which I did and they were installed and ready on day 1. Even after move in, the team has been at the ready to answer and questions or make any requests on my part a priority with the same amount of professionalism and friendliness they have exhibited since the start. I can’t recommend Timber Mill enough. Everyone here is amazing, especially Joan. She is incredible.

I was living at my prior apartment complex for nearly ten years and, sadly, watched it go further and further downhill. Moving to Timber Mill has been an eye opener. The community is beautiful, the apartment itself is a vast upgrade to what I had before but what really is the icing on the cake is the friendliness and professionalism of everyone here. Joan and Brenda are nothing short of exceptional. I know I bugged them with tons of questions in the application process but they were always ready to answer anything I asked and seemed happy to do so. I’ve felt welcome from the second I first walked through the doors. Come see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been here 14 years and I get along well with the staff and is centrally located relative to both my shopping and banking needs. Also, it’s close enough to pay my phone bill in person.

TIMBER MILL is a great place to live. The office and maintenance staff are great. The complex is very quiet and has many friendly residents. The pool and many trees creates a very tranquil vibe.

My brother and I had a great tour. We got to speak to the community manager and Joan took us on the tour. Very impressed with Joan, she was professional, friendly and informative. Definitely sealed the deal for me that as soon as an apartment opening pops up in my timeframe, I’ll be jumping on it.
