I had an outstanding experience working with Ashley throughout my application and move-in process. She wasn't the lady who toured me, but she went above and beyond from start to finish; helping me complete my application, keeping me updated every step of the way, and making sure everything was accurate and approved on time. Thanks to her dedication, I was able to secure an amazing unit with a beautiful pool view that I absolutely love. Ashley’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciate all her help and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service.

My experience at The Whitney has been just fine. I was scared to apply because of the reviews stating issues with bugs and maintenance staff issues but I really needed a place and I decided to give it a try. I have had ZERO issues with bugs and ZERO issues with maintenance in the year that I have been staying here. All of my maintenance requests have been resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend this community.

From the moment I stepped into The Whitney Apartments, I knew I had found something special, and that was largely thanks to Ashley. She is, without a doubt, the heart and soul of the community. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for residents go far beyond expectations. Ashley made every step of the moving process seamless. She was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure I felt confident and supported. Her attention to detail and follow-through are unmatched. She doesn’t just do her job.. She goes above and beyond, every single time. As for the community itself, The Whitney is absolutely beautiful. It’s well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like home. The amenities and events are great, and the atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. Living here has been a wonderful experience, and I credit so much of that to Ashley. She sets the standard for excellence. If you're considering making The Whitney your home, you can trust you're in amazing hands.

The Whitney is definitely a decent place to call home. Like any apartment they have their issues. But the staff works really hard to accommodate you. The amenities make them stand out. The units are old but are well kept & renovated. The staff is friendly & professional. The community events are always fun & thoughtful!

The community is everything Ashley said it would be. She set me up in a beautiful one bedroom on the top floor! She said this was a good unit, and it was absolutely true! Sometimes it is hard to take people at their word, but she has not lied yet! Lol I have enjoyed living here so far. I have even referred my friend from church. 10s all around!

Ashley was absolutely amazing! She was beyond helpful—like, insanely helpful! She went so far above and beyond that I honestly can’t even imagine what more she could have possibly done to make this experience better! Her support was nothing short of extraordinary and I am beyond grateful for everything she did. Truly, she made this process a million times easier and I couldn’t be happier!

Ashley was exceptional throughout my tour. She was helpful to me and my children. She gave us snacks and water, and even held my youngest baby so I could look through the apartment with ease. Not only was the apartment beautiful, but the service was unbelievable.

Application process can be overwhelming most of the times. Thankfully Ashley and Team members helped me in every step of the process, making it stress free!! And after moving if there’s any issue with the apartment -which was noting serious in my case-they’ll check it out almost immediately!

The community was clean both times I came to tour with Ashley. The Models shown were nice, up to date, and smelled amazing.
