The community seem to be well kept and it’s overall appearance was good. The personnel seem knowledgeable and friendly, especially Alexa, who was the person helping me. if nothing else I will rent with y’all based purely on the way she handled herself. I rented a few other places and it’s good to know that there will be a friendly face at the office if you have any inquiries and not a grumpy person that don’t care about your needs.

My icemaker tray had a huge clump of almost melted ice together, The refrigerator was stuck in place so I couldn’t pull it out to do it myself so Angelica came over this morning and fixed it. Thank you so much Angelica and as always y’all have such a great response time thank you.?? l John Kelle”

So far the experience living here has been amazing ,i do think the credit goes to the management for being the sweetestttttt eva and emily have been such kind hearted people to have in the office. Ive loved the how convenient and safe it is to get the repairs done .

After having a terrible experience at another property which lead to my leaving only six months after moving in, this place was a godsend! The leasing office and all their staff members were amazing. They provided excellent customer service, were welcoming, friendly, and most importantly they listened and asked questions to find the apartments that met my needs and did not exceed my price range. They were helpful along the whole process. The free application with instant processing was super easy and it took out the stress of waiting to know if you are approved or not. Overall the property is clean, well maintained, and the neighbors are quiet. I love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

After meeting the three amazing ladies that run the leasing office, I knew immediately that this was my home. I am leaving my current apartment after experiencing a flood and discovering I have been living with mold all around, so to say I am stressed is to say the least. Your staff provided me with excellent customer service, and if that is a reflection of what it is like to live here then I can’t wait. Everyone in the office was very welcoming, super friendly and engaging. They showed genuine care and concern with finding me an apartment that best suited my needs as well as my budget. I love that the property is smaller than most, is clean, and well maintained. The amenities, clean apartments even the colors are appealing and inviting. I am so glad that I fount The Retreat and look forward to living here.

Beautiful place to live, some apartment have personal area outside of the patio, there is quite time here at 10 and I love that, they are always on top of any issues, i love the surrounding areas it's home.
