I am a retired townhome resident for 3 years and am very happy here. I enjoy a spacious 2 bedroom unit and living in a quiet safe community conveniently located in PTC.

I love this spice, I’m so glad I found it. It’s so perfect for me.! especially love that I’m in front of the pool!! I love all the staff members so helpful and kind! And all the people in the community are so friendly! I’m a happy camper!

The staff is very attentive and thoughtful. I was impressed that they took the time to give my 6 year old an Easter gift! The apartments and landscape are beautiful, it doesn't even feel like your typical "apartment community". I would highly recommend The Retreat at Kedron to anyone looking.

I like the location of the Kedron community. The community entrance is very inviting with not too many trees around the apartments visible from the leasing office. Clean community. My biggest disappointment is the noise level coming from the floor above my apartment. I am regretting my selection of a second floor apartment.

The staff have been very responsive and pleasant, and I have enjoyed the amenities provided. However, I wanted to bring a few concerns to your attention. I wish the proximity to the train had been mentioned during our initial visit, as the noise can be quite disruptive. Additionally, when selecting between two middle-floor units, we specifically asked staff about noise levels and were reassured that the units were well-insulated. Unfortunately, we have found this not to be the case. When our upstairs neighbors are home, there is constant noise from running and loud squeaking when they walk; at times, the sound is as loud as rolling thunder.

As an online applicant, the application and approval process went pretty smoothly. Moving from another state without touring complex in advance, I had no regrets about my choice.

Using the SmartHub app to provide notice of move-out would have been convenient had it provided confirmation that the feature worked. The extra step to submit a written letter to the Leasing Office was complete as back up. It was very helpful that move-out day did not have to be completed within standard business hours. Every minute until close to midnight the final move-out day was needed. It was also extremely helpful to be able to leave keys, garage openers, etc within the apartment versus having to schedule an appointment with staff to do any final move-out inspection/steps. The leasing deposit was also returned to me and received fairly quickly. Overall, the move-out process was efficient.

Ashley and Megan were a delight, very professional super friendly and we’re absolutely a delight to deal with. I started the application process looks a little funky and they warned me it might be complex. Hopefully I’ll be able to complete it pretty soon.

The Retreat at Kedron Village is the absolute best community in the area! From the office staff; Megan, Amber and Bevin to the maintenance staff; Oz, Louis and Aretez, you will not find a more solid team that works together to make sure their residents LOVE where they live!

Living at Retreat at Kedron Village has been the most amazing experience. The team here is truly unmatched—manager Megan and assistant manager Amber and Bevin,set the bar so high with their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for residents. They make everything effortless and welcoming. The maintenance staff—Oz, Aretez, and Louis—are simply outstanding. Their responsiveness, skill, and attention to detail go far beyond expectations. They take pride in their work, and it shows every single day in how well this community is cared for. This is not just an apartment community, it’s a place where the staff makes you feel valued and at home. Megan, Amber,Bevin, Oz, Aretez, and Louis are all without measure. The best of the best. I could not recommend Retreat at Kedron Village more highly!

I have really enjoying The Retreat @ Kedron Village. The grounds are well maintained and well lit at night for safety. The neighbors I have met are very friendly and my dogs enjoy it too!

From start to finish, the move-in process was seamless. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Amber, she was absolutely amazing! Kedron Village is a visually appealing community. The location is perfect because it matches privacy with attractions. Inside again looks beautiful however functionality is this communities weakness. For the price, the piece of mind does not seem to match.

I have been a resident of the Retreat at Kedron Village for almost nine yrs and can say that this community is very nice, quiet, and convenient to all of Peachtree City. Great front office personnel and great maintenance staff. Grounds are well kept and overall a great place to live.
