The commuity is amazing, with great facilities for family, friends and pets. It provides a great club house and gym and host several fun activities over the month. The apartments are spacious and the appliances are well maintained.

If you are moving to NWA and looking for an apartment you should consider The Pointe. The apartments are well sized and laid out. Maintenance is responsive, and the community is top notch. There are events held often, you'll be sure to make new friends quickly.

This place provides a lot of safety, I love that no one touches any of my packages outside my doorstep, the office staff are very understanding and professional while also being kind.

So happy we found this place and that we renewed our lease. The new management has been wonderful...great communication, friendly, several upgrades, etc. You won't find anything better in Benton County.

Living at The Point Apartments has been an absolute joy. From the moment I moved in, it’s felt like home peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The community is thoughtfully designed, with a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. The staff are always kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere makes everyday living feel elevated. It’s the kind of place where you actually look forward to coming home. I can confidently say there’s nowhere else I’d rather be.
