my service request was resolved the next day, Donnie was here first thing the next morning, he is always very friendly, tool care of my problem very nice job and it didnt take long at all. this office staff and the maintance guys work very hard to keeps us happy....YOU ALL GET A 10.

At this property I feel safe, as well as well informed by staff regarding any kind of updates and reminders. It is in a good general area and it stays pretty quiet, which I'm highly thankful for.

The Metropolitan has been my home for a little over 3 years and has been a great community to live in. The staff is always friendly, addresses any concerns in a timely manner, and has fun events when possible! It’s great that management connects with the residents and looks for feedback on how to improve the community overall. The residents are super friendly, usually greeting each other while out and about, even making friends with one another. The Metro really defines what it means to be a true community. Thank you!

Troy & Nick are incredible. At a time when finding a home was stressful, they were the most communicative of all locations we sought after. They moved quickly, answered all questions, always have a positive attitude, and are willing to help however they can. They went an extra 50miles it felt like for us, and then some. The community is clean, welcoming, and well managed. We feel great to have the opportunity to be a resident.

It’s a nice and clean community. Close to shopping, restaurants and everything else. Maintenance crew is great, so is the office staff. Best part is you can have up to three pets living with you.

The Metropolitan has been a great living community so far. There are some shared spaces in the community that are great and well kept up with as well. Loving living here so far.
