The staff (Harrison) was very peasant and courteous, and he conducted himself in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable on apartment availability and pricing. The community is well maintained and the rooms are spacious and are in excellent condition. My renting timeline was delayed due to work related issues but I will revisit in a few weeks. Looking forward to resuming my discussion with your team.

Beautiful, well maintained, clean, inviting, spacious. I liked the amount of green space within, the fire pit sitting area, and the location/proximity to shopping, yet it was tucked away. The clubhouse are offered great options as well. The think that struck me the most when I walked in was the ceiling height and the gorgeous lighting fixture as soon as you walk in the front door. Every aspect was very well thought out.

The community is great and Blake was exceptional. I was disappointed that only a few of the patios are screened in. I feel they should all be screened in. Bugs are everywhere in Florida and your competitors offer screened in patios for all of their homes, regardless of where the home is located on the property. This weighed heavily on my decision.

The community was excellent and Harrison was the perfect Leasing Agent. Very hospitable, knowledgable and enthusiastic. The tour he gave my brother and I was very informative and we both got the sense that he was a very genuine person and fun individual. Harrison definitely made the experience worth while.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Apartments are clean upon move in so there is no work to be done by yourself. Also the amenities included are a huge bonus such as the gym, pool, and grills.

Peaceful, Safe, tranquil and comfort are a few words to describe a home. Luminary at 95 truly embodies these ideals and so much more. Luminary truly embodies a community atmosphere for the social extrovert seeking neighborly bonds to the calm introvert seeking peace and quite from a long day's work. Luminary is truly a Safe and hospitable place to raise a family and invite our loved ones. I'd recommend others choose to consider Luminary at 95 their home.

We are moving from out of state. Blake showed my father the community and has been so helpful. Even my father said he was extremely helpful. We are very excited to move! Blake has made this experience enjoyable. I couldn't rate the apartment bc I didn't move in yet. But I would take another survey once moving in on 9//6

I absolutely love living at Luminary 95! Maintenance gets work orders down quickly within 24-48 hrs! The pool is gorgeous and the area is well maintained. The valet trash comes reliably on the specified days! The office people are very nice and knowledgeable! The complex matches the pictures on Google! It's an extremely safe community!

I sold my house 3 years ago and chose The Luminary as a one year solution because of the location. I have now been here three years and have no intention of leaving. I recommend anyone looking for an apartment and several friends have signed leases here. The amenities are top notch and always clean and maintained. I feel safe and part of a solid community. The staff is caring and responsive. 10/10!

We love the Luminary at 95. The community is quiet and comfortable and also great for families. The amenities really make this community worth checking out. The pool and clubhouse are where we spend every weekend. Very nice apartments.

I loved this place! I toured six apartments yesterday, and this one was definitely in the top 2! Harrison was so amazing, transparent, and welcoming. I'm still deciding but I will be sending in my application today.

The tress and flowering shrubs after two years of planting, this spring has brought the Magnola's, Weeping Willows etc., first blooms in two years. The above average Recreation room is spotless. All games in good to excellent shape. The Peloton Issue: I don't know what to tell you. Their Stock has flopped. I think they finally got the memo, That Plastic tighteners at the points of highest stress, fails consistently. Maybe reinforced steel welding? Been done for years (Schwinn Bicycles). where the highest stress areas make the Peloton NOT the choice for multi users who adjust the units as the customer sees fit. Aside from that hiccup, the pool is spectacular. Remined me of the Fountain blue in Miami Beach. We used to sneak in to swim until they asked us to leave (threw us bunch of Vagabonds off the property) That fact makes Luminary 95(L95) Extremely attractive, nonmatter how many substandard units are produced in the area. Do they know something we don't? I have to admit the newer units in the area are the absolute ugliest, gone Cubis(Yeech). The last time I saw architecture similar was in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), stacked cargo containers reequipped to house students. Hope you enjoyed my rant. Luminary 95 you did good. WM B L95 Administration is extremely responsive to problems in the community. Proper Maintenace on the initial equipment, eases the burden on the Maintenance staff. That is Vinterra's Goal and I feel they have achieved this loft goal. Notice I said Community Congratulations. Wm Burns

The community looks great! I will definitely be keeping this high on my list. The tour guide Harrison provided me with very detailed information regarding the community and the apartment leasing process. Although he didn’t have the 2bd floor plan I was interested in available to look at he did show me the other 2bd apartment which gave me some idea of what the appliances and interior would look like.
