I have lived here for 8 years and have really enjoyed my experience. The staff is amazing and I appreciate their wanting to make The District a great place to live for all its residents. Lots of improvements have been made over the years, but there is definitely potential to make this place even better.

Overall community looked good and clean but I did notice the halls with trash and the elevator needed maintenance. I will say I saw things online that kinda made me want to turn away but it is top of our list for a lot of reasons at the moment. Hope cleanliness in the halls can improve.

Abby who hosted the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did an excellent job answering all my questions. Love the finishes in the kitchen.
