What makes the 8, Great is the staff, and their will to help us, from listening to us bicker to problem solving, they really show that they care how the 8 is ran and operates it on a high level from Jennifer to rest of the team, nothing in this world is perfect, but you can't blame this staff for not trying to get close to it.

Stoneridge on the 8 is a great community I have been living here since 2017 and plan to stay a couple of more years maintenance is great their office staff is awesome as well.

I've been here for eight years and I've really enjoyed living here; it's been a fantastic experience. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The amenities are excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, specially Jennifer; they care about the residents. They always resolve any issues I've had, quickly. I would definitely recommend Stoneridge on the 8.

I’ve had a great experience living in this community! The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is a huge plus. A special shoutout to Jose—he is always incredibly helpful and attentive. Anytime I have an issue or a maintenance request, he makes sure it’s taken care of promptly and with a great attitude. His dedication truly makes a difference, and I appreciate his excellent service! The property is well-kept, clean, and provides a comfortable environment. I truly appreciate the dedication of the staff in making this a great place to live. Highly recommend!

I can’t begin to say how living here has been surprisingly great when you think of apartment living! Office staff has been the most professional and welcoming from day one. Whenever I’ve had concerns of any magnitude, they’ve always responded promptly and with care. Maintenance is true to the promise of 48hr response time. I’ve never waited 48hrs for anything. The grounds are always keep up and I’ve had no issues with theft, vandalism or anything of the such. If you’re looking for an apartment that feels like a home, without all the woes of apartment living.. I’d definitely suggest here.

The process for the final procedure of payments was terrible and very unprofessional. has to make Multiple trips back to get the matter settle. The paperwork was an adequate. The complex said it wasn’t them. It was the management of the corporation. We finally got it settle in our favor!

The only drawn back is every unit comes with a washer and dryer instead of a hook up, as I have my own I'm going to have to find a place to store it or sell it because they don’t have anywhere to store them unless I add a garage. Over all nice apartments I was really sold by Sasha Mondragon who showed me around the complex she was extremely helpful in answering questions and giving me the most information regarding complex very professional.

I’ve been here a month now and I absolutely love it. The office staff is beyond friendly and welcoming. I’ve had a few small issues and they responded without delay. It’s so peaceful! I definitely recommend this property if your in the hunt
