My recent move-in experience was truly positive thanks to Stefanie and Sasha. From the very beginning, both of them made me feel welcomed and supported. Moving can be stressful, but they went out of their way to make everything smooth and easy for me. Stefanie was amazing throughout the entire process. She communicates clearly, keeps her word, and genuinely cares about making sure residents feel comfortable in their new home. Any time I had a question or concern, she responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of. Her professionalism and patience really stood out. Sasha was also wonderful to work with. She was warm, friendly, and very thorough when walking me through everything I needed to know before move-in. She checked in with me, made sure I understood all the details, and didn’t rush me at any point. It felt like she really wanted my first impression of the community to be a good one, and it was. What meant the most to me is how quickly they addressed any issue I had. There was no runaround, no delays,just immediate action and genuine effort to make sure I was satisfied. That kind of customer service is rare, and I appreciate it more than they know. Overall, Stefanie and Sasha made my transition into this community smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I’m truly grateful for the level of care, communication, and professionalism they showed. They definitely set the tone for a great living experience.

I'm really happy with my apartment. There are a few things that could be improved on but The things that are most important to me I would say this apartment and community meets my needs. My neighbors are very quiet and the staff are extremely friendly, personable, very professional and work in excellence. If I've had any requests, they have promptly taken care of it.In friendly manner.

Stoneridge on the 8 is an overall great complex. I would give it a 7.5 out of 10. Pros: Location is very convenient with access to shopping centers. The property is very well kept and maintenance is very responsive. Cons: Crime is frequent, Gates are always open Pool noise is very loud and goes on past pool closing hours.

Me gusta vivir en Stoneridge on the 8. Primero por la ubicación que es cerca de nuestros trabajos. Segundo el personal siempre está presentes para ayudarnos. Desde la oficina hasta los muchachos de mantenimiento. Siempre colaborando. Cualquier problema que uno pueda tener se los solucionan rápido. El apartamento es cómodo seguro.. Y siempre tratan de que las personas que viven aquí. Cumplan con los requisitos de convivencia que se necesitan para vivir en armonía.

I love this complex. It's small, quiet and convenient. The leasing assistant manager, Jennifer, is incredible! A people person for sure. The residents respect and love her. That makes a HUGE difference in choosing a place to live. I would hate to see her ever leave! The complex is close to some great restaurants and businesses. The property is very well maintained and manicured. The apartments are being upgraded and are affordable. Check it out! You'll love it!

What makes the 8, Great is the staff, and their will to help us, from listening to us bicker to problem solving, they really show that they care how the 8 is ran and operates it on a high level from Jennifer to rest of the team, nothing in this world is perfect, but you can't blame this staff for not trying to get close to it.

I've been here for eight years and I've really enjoyed living here; it's been a fantastic experience. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The amenities are excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, specially Jennifer; they care about the residents. They always resolve any issues I've had, quickly. I would definitely recommend Stoneridge on the 8.

I’ve had a great experience living in this community! The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is a huge plus. A special shoutout to Jose—he is always incredibly helpful and attentive. Anytime I have an issue or a maintenance request, he makes sure it’s taken care of promptly and with a great attitude. His dedication truly makes a difference, and I appreciate his excellent service! The property is well-kept, clean, and provides a comfortable environment. I truly appreciate the dedication of the staff in making this a great place to live. Highly recommend!
