Me gusta vivir en estos apartamentos, debido a la tranquilidad que existe, no hay problema con nuestros vecinos.Las áreas se mantienen limpias y organizadas.Tambien los trabajadores tanto de la oficina,como los de mantenimiento tienen un trato bien agradable y respetuoso para con todos.Cualquuer situación que se nos presenta, no tardan en darnos respuesta y solución.

definitely 5 stars i absolutely love it maintenance is super quick to respond and always fixes issues right away. the complex is always clean ,organized, and very well taken care of . everyone here is so polite, respectful , and love how they have events for residents (bingo night / activities for residents ) very cute , thanks ! highly recommend this place

My recent move-in experience was truly positive thanks to Stefanie and Sasha. From the very beginning, both of them made me feel welcomed and supported. Moving can be stressful, but they went out of their way to make everything smooth and easy for me. Stefanie was amazing throughout the entire process. She communicates clearly, keeps her word, and genuinely cares about making sure residents feel comfortable in their new home. Any time I had a question or concern, she responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of. Her professionalism and patience really stood out. Sasha was also wonderful to work with. She was warm, friendly, and very thorough when walking me through everything I needed to know before move-in. She checked in with me, made sure I understood all the details, and didn’t rush me at any point. It felt like she really wanted my first impression of the community to be a good one, and it was. What meant the most to me is how quickly they addressed any issue I had. There was no runaround, no delays,just immediate action and genuine effort to make sure I was satisfied. That kind of customer service is rare, and I appreciate it more than they know. Overall, Stefanie and Sasha made my transition into this community smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I’m truly grateful for the level of care, communication, and professionalism they showed. They definitely set the tone for a great living experience.

I'm really happy with my apartment. There are a few things that could be improved on but The things that are most important to me I would say this apartment and community meets my needs. My neighbors are very quiet and the staff are extremely friendly, personable, very professional and work in excellence. If I've had any requests, they have promptly taken care of it.In friendly manner.

Stoneridge on the 8 is an overall great complex. I would give it a 7.5 out of 10. Pros: Location is very convenient with access to shopping centers. The property is very well kept and maintenance is very responsive. Cons: Crime is frequent, Gates are always open Pool noise is very loud and goes on past pool closing hours.
