Everything is great but will not know truly until I live there in time. The only suggestion is the outside cement could be Power washed just to look fresh and to make sure pest control is done accordingly. The ladies are very friendly and professional in the office.

The Venterra experience is definitely cut from a different cloth ! The fact that you can apply with $0 fees until actually approved is what got me !! I think that was the best thing about the entire process. Not to mention you get more bang for your buck !! Also another great thing about the venterra experience is that if you’re wanting to move you are able to transfer to any other community under their umbrella without a hassle. That was a plus for me. I truly recommend leasing with Venterra

The staff is great. It is quiet here. Everything you need is near by. There has been some crime in the area, but the police seem to respond quickly, and they do patrol the area.

Overall great service and leasing advisers 5 star rating from me , I was referred but didn’t like the fact credit needed to be ran in order to be approved when my income was more then 2x the rent amount. And very small one bedroom kitchen in the model was not really my type so I’ve also decided to find better accommodations that fit me.

If I could rate this place a 100 out of 10 I would! Reyna the leasing agent was so sweet and helpful! She made it her mission to get me and my family into a beautiful apartment! It actually felt as if they wanted my family to be apart of this community, it was such a a warm welcome and an amazing first impression! After the first 30min of being at the complex me and my husband were saying “this is the one for sure”! Im looking so forward to moving in!

I found the property on Trulia and the impression I had looking at the picture was exactly the same feeling when I see the apartment. Another big draw to choosing this property was the luxury amenities, free internet and delivery lockers.

Veronika helped us with our tour and she was absolutely wonderful. We ended up showing up a little later than we expected and it was out of the touring times but she still took the time to show us the property and tour us through a unit. Speaks highly of the management, and management is one of the key factors in our rent decisions. Poor management could make an amazing place a poor experience. So far we have loved everything we see at Stoneridge on the 8.
