Overall experience was great. The apartment had not been cleaned from previous owner but was in excellent condition and the space was large. The agent that gave me a tour was friendly and provided appropriate information to help me with what I needed.

Steeplechase has been a refreshing reminder that there are still amazing options out there when renting an apartment. I have been in and out of apartment complexes in the last 7 years and Steeplechase ranks #1. The staff actually cares about resident living experience, the community is friendly, safe and welcoming, the amenities are state of the art (Smart home features for the win!) and the overall living experience was nothing short of incredible

Kandy was great on my tour and sent the email promptly. There was some confusion on which apartment I reserved but Josh took care of the call and resolved the issue promptly.

The community is great. Everyone around me is friendly. The office staff are amazing and straight forward with me on questions I have. The maintenance staff are the best amongst any in Lexington.

Wonderful place to live , plenty of space to walk dogs and run with them , surrounded by fields of grass.
