Real Happy RentersSteeplechase

As a 3 month resident, I’ve found Steeplechase to be a top-notch place to live. —Perfect apartment which had been updated with new counters and appliances. —Beautiful, well-taken care of grounds and facilities (pool, gym, clubhouse, mailroom). —Fantastic, friendly, always available staff. —Couple of very minor maintenance needs were handled successfully in a friendly, well-communicated, timely manner. —A great community 100% —Would 100% rent again, whether here in Lexington or at any of their properties in other locales. Cheers to the Steeplechase folks!!
