I’ve been living here for a month and it has been great so far! The community is very quiet and clean.
I absolutely love this complex! From the office staff to the maintenance crews, everyone is always so helpful! The grounds are always clean and it’s such a quiet and peaceful community!

Excellent, all things considered best location, low traffic noise, no crime, no pest, great heat/ac, great layouts, great quality tenants, great amenities, carpet only in bedrooms, management is A+

I love this apartment complex. Maintenance manager and office staff are friendly and helpful. Neighbors are friendly. Food trucks are fun. Pools, dog parks, putt putt course, and so much open green space are fun for the whole family. There is so much green space to enjoy outdoors. The apartment itself is nice. If prices stay the same, I will renew my lease.

I do luv living here at SSL as the are here is real nice ponds people but da best are the Associates that work on premises. Jessica Enrique with the others all so attentive So can I get that free Rent Now. ??????

I’ve been living at south shore lakes for a little over a year. The whole moving in process was very easy, the apartments are fairly priced, and the apartments are updated and are pretty nice. The front office is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is extremely friendly. They always say hi when you cross paths with them. There’s not another complex that compares to south shore lakes.

The staff has made everything very easy as it is my first apartment. The front office is always there to help and answer questions if there are any. The maintenance team is very friendly, and are more than willing to help anyone out with any issues. And the community is great! South Shore Lakes provide a fun food truck regularly, and my neighbors are awesome and friendly.

Beautiful grounds and amenities. Incredible experience because of very nice and helpful staff. Because of my age I have had to have help with all online business and staff gladly helped and guided me very patiently. Glad to call this home.

The community looks very clean and easy on the eyes. Denzel was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient during our process of getting everything figured out! Explanations of payment was very clear and the tour was very thorough. Answered all questions we had with ease, Glad he was the one helping us.
