I had great experience living here. The community is very well maintained and kept clean. Valet trash, smart locks, wifi, pools, spa, gym, mail lockers, smart delivery and many more amenities are so helpful and make life easy. Office Staff is so supportive and quick in responding. Maintenance staff is super quick in fixing issues. I highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with overall Venterra management, our first Venterra experience was in San Antonio and we were very happy to find them in Houston as well. This is our 3rd year now. Very professional and renters oriented.

Silverbrooke is a nest to feel homely. The office management and maintenance management team is professional and friendly and convey homely family message throughout the stay. The location is well connected to day to day needs. Amenities are well maintained and taken care of.

This community is phenomenal from the upkeep of the property to the gorgeous layouts and wonderfully crafted units. In the process of touring apartments I’ve interacted with numerous leasing agents but you all have a great staff. Ruby is the best agent I've interacted with in awhile she ensured that I understood everything listed in black and white, she was very attentive and had a lovely personality. I haven’t met the rest of the staff but so far I can definitely tell that you all are ensuring quality customer service and I can’t wait to be apart of this community.
