I have nothing bad to report. The pool and outdoor fireplaces were a big draw for us, and I enjoyed seeing how well maintained the landscaping of the property is. I also love the walking trail.

I lived here back in 2024 and came back . This is really the only place I would want to live because of the cleanliness and the wonderful staff at Silverbrook . I want to give a huge shout out to Jessica, Eric, Lola, Ruby they were here when I first moved in and I am so glad that they are still with Silverbrook you couldn’t ask for a better staff ??

We've been living here for 9 years and the office and maintenance staff have been great the whole nine years. The grounds are always kept immaculate. The exercise room is well equipped and the dogs love the dog park. Check us out.

I love it here! Feels very much homey, never have any issues. We just resigned a 15-month lease. Customer service from Office, and Maintenace staff is top tier! Thank you for all you do for our community!

Through the years that I've been here, we've seen hurricanes,ice storms, severe weather, and I've never had issues with the property here. Ive had great experiences with the staff who is wonderful. The maintenance people are wonderful and the property is amazing. If I had to look for another apartment,I would look no further than here.

The outer appearance of the community is what drew my attention. The buildings looked well kept. I was very impressed with the inside conditions of the apartment I toured. I was really impressed with my visit and the person ( Ruby) who took me on the tour.

The location is on a quiet, gated community. The staff and maintenance workers are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and has problem-solving skills. The apartments and community grounds are well-maintained.

The property is a very clean and well-managed apartment. The office staff is kind, professional, and responds quickly when I need assistance. There's a good discount offered on rent when setting up autopayment. The package alarm system is a secure and convenient way to prevent lost packages. Although there are no reserved parking spots, parking is usually available. The smart door key system is excellent, and the wireless control system is also great. It allows me to turn the air conditioner on and off and to lock and unlock the door remotely using cell phone app.

Silverbrooke is the type of complex you can brag about. From friendly staff, nice amenities, and a safe environment - if this area is where you are looking then Silverbrooke is the place for you. I toured 10+ complexes in this area (and others) and there is no comparison.
