I really liked the feel of the community. But I did not like the counters in the kitchen and the bathroom vanities definitely need updating.

The apartments are very clean, the courtyard is always nice and tidy. The office is always ready to help and very responsive. The guys from Maintainance are very friendly. I love this place

The apartment I moved into was outdated and had outdated fixtures and blinds. This was communicated upon move-in however nothing was done. Once I moved-out, I received a bill for blinds that I had not damaged at all. I did not appreciate this and called to verify however nobody reached back out to me to discuss the charge. I feel like I was taken advantage of so they could update the apartment for the next tenant especially since I did not damage anything during my lease there.

I’ve only been a resident at ShadowBrooke for less than a week and love it. Minor issues with apartment but nothing that wasn’t fixed right away. The unit is beautiful! Was clean when we first moved in, Yudi reached out the very next day after we moved in to check to see how everything was and we really appreciated her taking the time to check in on us. Highly recommended Shadowbrooke for future residents.

Very nice community and management of the apartments! Apartments themselves are well maintained and if issues came up, the office handled the problems fairly quickly and effectively. Location of the apartments are also very nice! Close to many grocery stores and restaurants.

Shadowbrooke has been my home for eight years. I call it my comfort zone. The staff in the office is very friendly and accommodating. It’s quiet and easy on the eye. The matience staff is excellent. Always here to attend to my orders in a very timely manner . They are friendly and manner able. They respect my home.
