After our tour, which Vicki (Victoria) did an amazing job, we felt the community was peaceful, clean and very well maintained. It was clearly evident that the property management cares about the state and appearance of the community.
Great place! Very nice and it's got everything you'd need and more. I think the gym is pretty cool with plenty of equipment. Pool, game room and all the other amenities are great too. I love my apartment, it's a blessing of a place to come home to. Modern, comfortable and very nice.

Overall really impressed with this property and the leasing agent Vicky is amaizing and really welcoming and answered all my questions as needed. The manager was also really nice and was there to help when needed. I would recommend this property to others

Overall great experience. The leasing agents in the office are very professional and nice. The area is nice. It’s very quiet. I love that it’s very clean. The apartments are very much. You can’t go wrong with coming to live here. Plus you’re so close to everything around.

When you rent an apartment one of the pros is that the maintenance is taken care of for you. I pay for this service and one of the important factors that determines if I stay is how the apartments and the area are maintained including the garbage pic up. The staff is pleasing and they are always on their job. I like to say hi to them because they are part of the place where I live. They are friendly. I really hope they are well compensated for working in this horrible heat to make sure everything is running well. I can’t imagine having to fix things myself. I recommend Republic Park Vista for its professional maintenance.

I only just moved in a little over a month ago but so far feel like the leasing agents at Republic park Vista are courteous, respond quickly to questions and Dekota the lead person for maintenance is very friendly, prompt and professional.

The staff made us feel welcomed from the beginning and always respond in a timely manner. They are helpful for even the smallest of questions and always seeking to make you feel at home. Could not have done a better job. I would ask for Marissa she made the best impression on us and we felt like we were talking to a friend instead of a saleswoman like most apartment leasing agents. Extremely impressed with the customer service provided here.

The move in process was a breeze thanks to our leasing manager Marissa. Within a day we had almost everything set up to be able to move in. The apartments are spacious, the pool is beautiful and relaxing, overall a fabulous community to be living in.

The clubhouse, and pool area were amazing! It is pretty cool to have those games available. The apartments themselves were just a little smaller than we were hoping, but overall wonderful place to look at!

I have lived at Republic Park Vista since Dec.2018. The office staff and maintenance staff have been friendly and professional. Whatever the issue or problem they are there to solve it as soon as possible. I could not be more pleased to live here and would highly recommend Republic Park Vista.

Marissa did a FANTASTIC job at showing us around and making us feel welcome! We left feeling overjoyed and sure we wanted to move! I have nothing negative to say!! Everyone has been great. I was out of town for about 2weeks during the freezing temperatures and they staff came in opened the cabinets and turned on my faucets to drip to avoid pipe bursting!! I really appreciate the “little things” that really makes a BIG difference!!

I have lived at Republic Park Vista for 4 years. All of the staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance has been outstanding. The community is quiet most of the time and I have had no problems with neighbors. Overall, it is a good place to live. I highly recommend Republic Park Vista.
