Awesome, clean, and quiet community with amazing amenities! My favorite feature is the keyless doors because seriously, who doesn’t lose their keys in their purse? I love my new home and would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff is great, parking is always efficient, and they’re always hosting fun community events. No complaints at all!

This is a wonderful, family oriented community. The staff and maintenance team stay on top of repair requests. Landscaping is regularly kept. The smart features are my favorite part. I can lock my door and maintain my AC temperature all on my phone. The SMARTHUB app is also user friendly. Office staff is very approachable and helpful with concerns. The only issues I've had living here would be my friends getting lost trying to find my building because the signs are small. Otherwise, I highly recommend living here!

Crystal and April are amazing. Made the move in process a breeze. They are always willing to help. Also, if any work order that needs some time to be handled, they will call and inform for of any delay or if there is a specific day that they come out (pest control). I love that and this just may be my forever home. I LOVE IT HERE.

I've been living at Preserve at Colony Lakes for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I love iot here, it’s very quiet and the amenities are amazing. The management team is great and will listen to anything you may need. I love getting email updates on anything that is happening in the community.

The experience is great. From the moment we applied for the unit, the process, the help from the staff we get everytime we have a question, from the moving process until we finally got here. Yo tengo varios años viviendo en este complejo de apartamentos. Yo realmente recomiendo este lugar, tiene una excelente ubicación. Hay excelentes escuelas en esta área. Es un complejo muy tranquilo, limpió y las áreas verdes son muy bonitas. El personal de las oficinas son muy profesionales y amables. I just want to say that I have been very satisfied living at Preserve at Colony Lakes. It’s been two years and I have no complaints. The cleanliness is really good friendly staff and maintenance or repairs are repaired in a timely manner. My family and I would recommend this property to others, especially to families. I also wanna thank the staff again and especially Melissa and Yuen for being so kind.
