I love living in colony lakes. They really go above and beyond for their tenants. They have food trucks stop by and I’ve found some awesome places to eat because of that. Also they have events like paint and sip and offered complimentary gift wrapping Services amongst other things. I have never felt more appreciated by a building community and the amazing ladies that work in the leasing office!!

Overall it’s a very calm, quiet neighborhood. Residents are respectful of each other (at least those around the 2nd pool). Lots of cute and fun resident events throughout the year. Office staff is very kind and attentive.

It is convenient to freeway and other main roads. It is quiet and I always see golfcarts patrolling the area to make sure things are taken care of.

The community is nice, and this place offers a lot of convenience from internet to trash pickup services. There are frequent events near the leasing office that residents can partake in ranging from food trucks to holiday themes. Overall a nice place to live.

The Preserve at Colony Lakes apartment is a great start to build a family and a dream.This is a temporary space wherein one will have a blueprint of an ideal house in the future. The staff and maintenance team are great, as well as its facilities.Issues may arise pertaining to its maintenance, but rest assured that their team will be knocking from your door and will immediately fix the problem.

The office and maintenance teams are outstanding, and the place seems very peaceful. However, it has become increasingly unsafe, the dirt has been increasing every year, the pools are not heated, there is no playground for children, and the gym is not clean and has been damaged for a long time.

It left a really good impression. The staff are kind and answered all of my questions. If I needed help, I could call them and they would guide me through whatever it is I needed. Overall very professional. The location is clean, kept well, and very convenient if you need to workout at any time of day. The smarthome features are a nice bonus to an already good impression.

Awesome, clean, and quiet community with amazing amenities! My favorite feature is the keyless doors because seriously, who doesn’t lose their keys in their purse? I love my new home and would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff is great, parking is always efficient, and they’re always hosting fun community events. No complaints at all!

This is a wonderful, family oriented community. The staff and maintenance team stay on top of repair requests. Landscaping is regularly kept. The smart features are my favorite part. I can lock my door and maintain my AC temperature all on my phone. The SMARTHUB app is also user friendly. Office staff is very approachable and helpful with concerns. The only issues I've had living here would be my friends getting lost trying to find my building because the signs are small. Otherwise, I highly recommend living here!

Crystal and April are amazing. Made the move in process a breeze. They are always willing to help. Also, if any work order that needs some time to be handled, they will call and inform for of any delay or if there is a specific day that they come out (pest control). I love that and this just may be my forever home. I LOVE IT HERE.

I’m very satisfied staying here because it’s very secure, and they respond right away to our questions and concerns. They also take action immediately when we have problems, like when our dryer had a squeaky sound, and the screen had a tear, they fixed them right away. One of the things I really like is that they have monthly activities to bring the other renters together. I’m also looking forward to meeting new people, which is why I really like their services.
