I've been living at Preserve at Colony Lakes for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The community is peaceful, the grounds are well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything I need. The experience is great. From the moment we applied for the unit, the process, the help from the staff we get everytime we have a question, from the moving process until we finally got here. Yo tengo varios años viviendo en este complejo de apartamentos. Yo realmente recomiendo este lugar, tiene una excelente ubicación. Hay excelentes escuelas en esta área. Es un complejo muy tranquilo, limpió y las áreas verdes son muy bonitas. El personal de las oficinas son muy profesionales y amables. I just want to say that I have been very satisfied living at Preserve at Colony Lakes. It’s been two years and I have no complaints. The cleanliness is really good friendly staff and maintenance or repairs are repaired in a timely manner. My family and I would recommend this property to others, especially to families. I also wanna thank the staff again and especially Melissa and Yuen for being so kind.

I have only been here for 1 year, but it's been the best year ever. I mean it. I love it here, it's so serene, the staff is amazing and I love how April answers the phone. She says "How can I make your day better", that always puts a smile on my face and joy in my heart. because I know the staff in the office is sincere.

The Preserve at Colony Lakes is a very beautiful place. You also don’t have to worry about finding an electricity company because they are partnered with TXU. I love that they have Smartpackages with a locker to keep your items safe.

I’ve been living at this property for about 8 years and seen a lot of changes. For the most part none of them have been bad. Crime is minimum and the schools are solid. The management often has events for the tenants and frequently schedules food trucks. Everyone working in the office is always kind and I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone. No real complaints, and that says alot. Would recommend to friends.

This was my first complex moving from NJ and I highly recommend this complex. Very cute and quiet for your first apartment or if you just like peace and quiet. The staff is friendly and my maintenance request are ALWAYS tended to and fixed within 12-24hrs of the request. The office staff is always smiling and they are very understanding and helpful. This complex often brings food trucks that I love and they do their best to build a community with everyone living here. Very grateful to have had such a smooth moving experience with this apartment complex and the staff.

My washer machine and microwave went on a blitz in the same weekend! I placed a repair order on Sunday night and they were both replaced by 1pm the next day. The maintenance man was very kinda and courteous. He even noticed my air duct for my dryer had been dislodged from the wall and fixed that too! I’m very satisfied.

My experience at The Preserve at Colony Lakes has been terrific!! So amazing that I tear up as I write this! Even though there’s no swim up bar at the pools, the staff and property manager, Melissa, more than make up for it by just being soo amazing! Melissa is super funny and soo sweet! She makes it just a joy to be a part of the Ventera community! Yay!

I have been at Preserve for a year and really enjoy it. It is my first apartment and I feel safe walking around the complex and parking my car. For the most part it is quiet and I like the wifi in my apartment. Alot of parking for me and for my guest which is very convenient. Lastly I like that the community is gated and even when a gate is broken, it is usually fix it quick. Maintenance also does a good and quick job with repairs when I need it.

The office staff and maintenance team have greatly exceeded my expectations. I have never lived at a property that did things like having a gift wrapping station during the holidays or provided free TV mounting. Only having a couple minor maintenance issues since I've lived here, I don't have a lot of experience with the maintenance team (which is a good thing), but they responded to my issues quickly, after simply making the requests through the app.
